Wondering about accessibility at the resort. We don’t need handicap bathroom but do need zero stairs. Please provide with info about which units would work to either rent or own. Thank you!

We are looking for a rental last week in May, 2024 for a family visit. I am a timeshare owner with Marriott. Anyone interested is swapping a week with Marriott Vacation club for that last week in May, 2024? We have 5 adults, a 2 year old and an infant.

Do the timeshares have air conditioning? Are the timeshare guest allowed to use the amenities on the property? Ex pool, fitness center?
