Does Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas have a shuttle to the beach? I've read you can walk to Anini Beach but it's steep? Is it dangerous to walk to Anini Beach?

I noticed on the website for this property the rates are about $550 per night. Why is it so much cheaper on Redweek? Are the room the same? Will the location differ? Can you get an ocean view unit?
