Carriage House at Pocono Manor Reviews & Ratings

We loved our stay at Carriage House. Kind of a woodsy feeling, with outside BBQ's, picnic tables, indoor games, great indoor pool area. There is a huge casino within minutes, as well as the Pocono Race Track. That was the reason we purchased, but our health has failed us & can't visit any longer. There are a lot of sights within a short drive in any direction from the Carriage House.

Situated in the heart of the Poconos, the resort is close to many popular attactions. Like most older timeshares, some of the decor was a little dated, but the property was extremely clean and well taken care of. Our unit had been recently renovated and had all creature comforts including kitchen, fridge and most importantly wifi for our preteen throughout the resort.

The pool/recreation area featured arcade video games, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard. It also featured a lounge area which included a fireplace and large screen tv.

The property sits right next door of the Kalahari Resort and waterpark, the largest indoor waterpark in the world, which made our return to freshen up for dinner after a day of water play very convenient.

The staff was super accommodating and we enjoyed our weekend stay.

The staff could not be nicer. The indoor pool is fantastic. I have to rate it the staff and pool as a 10 . There is a decent game room too. This place is full of murphy beds. The dark wooden old hallways are the main problem .There are lots of restaurants including some within the premises. WalMart is a few miles away and a golf course is nearby.
