Villa renovations underway in the Lighthouse Tower from 7/11/2025 through 12/12/2025. Noise and activity can be anticipated, and resort amenities are expected to remain open.

Renters may be required to pay a one-time environmental/levy fee of approximately $25 as well as timeshare taxes of approximately $17.22/night for two-bedroom and three-bedroom units (subject to change).
