Wonderful beaches, sculptures, great food all around, very efficient house keeping and maintance staff, NO STONES OR SHELLS on the beach..just white sand!!

Walking distance to many attractions, short drive tro Historic Sites, the Aqurium was fantastic.The Nature Walk was informative and lovely at the Preserve.

View from our room of the beach was great and the bed comfortable.Pleanty of ammenties in the Unit. Pool area very nice.

The Four Sails is in an awesome location on 33rd Street, very close to the Neptune Statue on the Boardwalk! Most of the rooms are oceanfront with a double balcony across both rooms for maximum view! There is an indoor pool for those rainy days, you can check out bicycles from the resort for free, and the staff is top notch! They are taking care of the property with new mattresses and sofa beds in all units, and a new elevator, completed in April 2026.

We Love Four Sails because it is right on the ocean! We love seeing the sunrise from our room and walking right out onto the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Friendly people and a great location on the ocean.

I have owned at the Four Sails for over 20 years. The resort is slightly dated but has had alot of updates. Best part is it is on the ocean. It has an indoor pool that can be enjoyed year round.

Great Location Great Value

Great location right on the ocean. On 8th floor great view of sunrise. Boardwalk is right outside the door. Daily maid service not usual today at resorts. Kitchen has 2 burner stove, microwave and oven. Full size refrigerator and 20" dishwasher. Shower and soaking whirlpool tub. King Size bed and sofa bed unit can sleep four. Big closet in master. Laundry on 2nd floor. Cafe downstairs. Covered free on premises parking. Restaurants, grocery and drug store within walking distance.

Stayed here from June 27 thru June 30 as we were travelling to VA Beach for my son's LAX tournament. From everything I could find, this was by far the best deal on the strip! We were very pleased with our stay. We were uin a ! BR King oceanfront room. I will say that the room was a little on the small side, but there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 kids if they are smaller). Huge Oceanfront balcony with georgeous views of the ocean.

Pros: Right on the strip by volleyball nets and neptune's statue (33rd St)...clean...comfortable (even the sleep sofa was comfortable)...oceanfront view...huge balcony...full kitchen...free parking...good restaurant on premises and nearby...indoor pool...free wifi...huge jacuzzi tub..updated rooms..quiet....smaller building than a lot of the huge highrises on beach (we found that to be a plus... free use of beach toys that are kept in a huge storage bin

Cons: Older building (but well maintained)....parking garage was tight but manageable with our midsize SUV... no outdoor pool...no room service....no frills....Lots of mirrors on the walls. Walls and walls of mirrors I believe to give the illusion that place is bigger than it is, but definitely too many wall to wall mirrors.

You won't be getting the frills of staying at a Marriott or a Hilton, but you won't have the hefty price tag either. It is right next door to both a Marriott and a Hilton which both cost twice the price. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a nice place on the beach at a good price.

We just got back from this resort. We had never been to Virginia Beach before. We truly loved everything about it. The rooms had a great view of the ocean, an indoor pool, friendly staff and great location. We will definately go back next year.

Great location - Right on the beach - indoor pool - restaurant on site - Loved the weeks we've spent there -

We had the 2br Chesapeake penthouse suite. It was nice but no different than any regular two br. Decent furnishings,spacious enough.Clean. The bathrooms are too small but the jacuzzi bath was nice. Maid service was attentive but maybe too much so. They called when we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door to see if we really didn't want to be disturbed. The pool is small with a capacity of only 15 but the water was always nice and warm.The location was great-- right on the oceanfront. I live in Virginia Beach so I'm used to it and think our beach pales in comparison to others, but the boardwalk is set up nice with plenty of stores and restaurants practically on the beach. This resort was much better than Ocean Key resort, also at the oceanfront.

The Four Sails is one of our favorite timeshare purchases. The staff is excellent, the restaurant is top notch, the unit is immaculate! Any maintenance requests we have are always handled quickly and completely.

With the Atlantic Ocean outside your unit there is always a great view. We've seen whales on their travels to warmer water (we go to Four Sails in February). The Navy planes pass by a couple of times each day and I can never resist watching them.

Looking forward to February of 2004!!!

WE go to va beach everyyeay and the price cant be bet it is clean and big for the price the four sails is a grate place to stay

I first stayed at Four Sails Resort in 2010 and then bought my first unit in 2015. Since then I've purchased several more weeks/units and use them with my extended family. The location is great. Being right on the beach you can pack your cooler, chairs, and umbrella and walk right out and find your spot every morning. Dolphins frequently swim in pods throughout the day and have come within 20 yards of us. There are many activities nearby including a 6 mile boardwalk and separate bicycle path. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and Neptune park is less than a 5 minute walk and they always have free concerts and other activities during the summer. I love VA Beach and this resort.

This Four Sails Resort Timeshare will provide you with 28 miles of white sand and rolling surf, perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing or just strolling along. You will enjoy souvenir shops and boutiques or rent a sailboat for an afternoon outing.
