On-site parking fee approximately $30 USD daily. Valet parking fee: $35 USD daily. For owners and guest of owners, the parking fee may be waived.

Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $39.97/night for two-bedroom units.
