The Westin St. John - Bay Vista Villas Notices

Renovation of the main pool underway from August 18 - November 3 - during this time, the main pool will be closed to guests. Additionally, the Bay Vista and Virgin Grand phases will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Construction noise and activity from both projects may be experienced.

The resort playground will be closed through 2026.

Phase will be assigned at check-in. The Reservation could be at: Bay Vista, Coral Vista, Sunset Bay or Virgin Grand. Bedding may vary depending on the phase. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit number in instances where an owner owns a fixed unit.

The number of unit bathrooms as well as unit bedding may vary.

While some owners may own a fixed unit, the resort reserves the right to assign a different phase and unit.

USVI government will assess a $25 per night, per villa usage fee to vacation ownership guests (subject to change).

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.
