Silverado II Reviews & Ratings

The units have all been upgraded with granite countertops, new appliances and new furniture. A new management company came in last year and has really done a great job. There has been a lot of money put into this resort and it looks totally different than 5 years ago.

The resort has a ski shop which is so convenient and has great prices. The resort is located minutes from downtown and the slopes. A free shuttle comes every half hour.

We have really enjoyed our ski week here.

Love going here! Our family has been staying at Silverado II for 13 years and we love it. Downside is they have had trouble keeping staffing up since covid and the place got a little run down. They now have a Third party management company and seem to be turning things around. Over the last 3 years we have seen amazing improvements and staff numbers have been increasing.

Lots of amenities make this resort perfect for a family ski vacation at beautiful Winter Park. All rooms were recently remodeled, as well as the pool area and front lobby. Free wireless Internet!

There is underground parking, indoor heated pool and 2 huge hot tubs. There is an on-site ski rental shop with great prices. The shuttle to the ski area is right out the front door.

We have enjoyed Silverado II for many ski vacations.

On the plus side...just walk out front and you can catch the free shuttle into town or to Winter Park Ski Resort. On the minus side...the unit we stayed in was dark and run down. Need to be redone and updated. The carpet was badly stained & the showers had mold in them. Fixing those two things would have helped with the overall appearance tremendously!
