Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club Notices

Villa renovation will be underway January 10 to March 3, 2027 in Hale 6 through 8. Construction will be completed floor by floor. A property wide fire alarm system upgrade will be completed at this time. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.

Units and buildings are assigned at check-in. Some units facing the ocean may have obstructed view to the ocean.

Parking fee is approximately $31.41/day. Parking fee may be waived for guests of owners.

Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club charges villa taxes of $27.39/day (subject to change).
