Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines Notices

From approximately September 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. Thew beach will remain open, but some areas may be intermittently restricted.

Guests of owners will be charged a one-time fee of approximately $9 to enter the Sea Pines plantation. After checking in, guests are given a pass for the duration of their stay to get into the gate. Additionally, a parking fee of approximately $25/day applies.
