Villa renovations underway in the Lighthouse Tower from 7/11/2025 through 12/12/2025. Noise and activity can be anticipated, and resort amenities are expected to remain open.

Oceanfront units are located in the Lighthouse Tower. Lower floor units may have obstructed views.

Unit bedding may vary.

Renters may be required to pay a one-time environmental/levy fee of approximately $10 as well as timeshare taxes of approximately $13.78/night for studio units (subject to change).
