Marriott Newport Coast does not guarantee any owner or guest a specific unit view. Units and views are assigned at check-in. Not all buildings have elevators.

A complimentary cleaning will only be provided on stays of 10 nights or longer. The following fees will be charges for guests requesting housekeeping services during their stay: Linen change: $30, Tidy clean: $50, Full clean: $105 (subject to change).

A parking fee of approximately $35/night, per vehicle applies.
