Wonderful, small resort complex. Very quiet and relaxing for our recent visit. The landscaping and grounds are impeccable and the pools are kept very clean. The rooms are a bit dated but everything works and they are very clean. Our king bed, in the master bedroom, was a little soft for me, but the single beds in the second bedroom were quite comfortable. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We especially liked that we were a short driving distance to the El Paseo shopping area and an even shorter drive to many grocers and restaurants in the Washington/Hwy111 area. It was our first visit to the Palm Springs area and it has stunning vistas and near perfect weather! We would gladly return to this resort in the future!

We have owned at Desert Breezes since 2004. We liked it so much that we ended up buying 4 weeks and have enjoyed staying there every year since-- until the pandemic hit. Although this is an older resort, it is well equipped and maintained and staff are all very friendly. We like the fact that it is small, made up of several buildings, with each building having a small number of units--built around either the small lake or a beautiful pool. No matter where you are, you are not far from the pool, BBQs and hot tubs. The kitchens and bathrooms were updated a a few years ago. Overall decor and furnishings are comfortable and typical of a mid-level resort. Much of the resort has views of the surrounding mountains. The landscaping is beautiful. Our favorite units have patios looking over the lake and towards the Santa Rosa Mountains.

We are seasoned timeshare travelers, and own in Hawaii, Orlando, and Scottsdale. We liked Desert Breezes so much that we bought 3 weeks here! What's to love? Beautiful views everywhere you look, from the mountains, ponds, to pools, flowers, & fountains. It's just pretty and it's quiet. We like the Mediterranean style units that are very comfortable, spacious and clean. Recent renovations means that you'll get a nicely updated unit. We enjoy the nice and easy central location, close to everything we like to do (golf, zoo, museums, shopping, plus major music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach, etc). If you're into tennis, this place is terrific! It has it's own tennis center, and is just across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the hugely popular BNP Paribas Open! We have timeshared all over the country, and we particularly love the Palm Springs area. This place is a sweet oasis, and we are so happy we bought here. 5 Stars!

To start, it is not a resort like the Westin Mission Hills. It does not have all the amenities. Having said that, we had a great time here and would like to return. The staff are all great. They provide great service. The upkeep of the grounds is fantastic. Three pools, one adult only, are very nice. No pool service, but take your own drinks. No problem. In October, the place was fairly quiet. The grass growing because of the reseeding was louder than the people. Harvest the lemons that have fallen on the ground. So relaxing. Met lots of nice people who were there to soak up the sun. There are activities each day in which you can participate. Movie and popcorn nights often. Wine and cheese tasting one night. Ice cream days and guessing contests to win a container of candy, which we did. Close to shopping. Did this through Trading Places. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms, nice temperature and good to see sunshine in February. Fresh citrus fruits available from trees on property.

Kids loved the larger swimming pools and there was a nice BBQ and covered eating area right by the pool.

    Easy walking around the property.

Great place to crash while enjoying golf, hiking, jeep tours etc.

We are staying in a 2 bed 2 bath right now for Thanksgiving week. This place exceeds our expectations by a mile. We are seasoned timeshare exchangers - we own three - now we are thinking of buying a fourth at this location.

The very spacious condo is overlooking one of many pools, fantastic views, completely remodeled with granite counters in kitchen and baths, beautiful, tastefully decorated, vaulted ceilings, excellent bathroom lighting, safes in rooms, huge closets, large baths, very modern. This place is on par with Marriott, perhaps better. Each pod of 6 villas has it's own jacuzzi and gated entry and laundry room. The only thing missing is free wifi in the villas. You need to purchase the stick for $7 per day or $42 per week.

Everything else is free - many bbqs with thoughtfully placed timed lighting, tennis courts, putting green, ping-pong, arcade games, etc.

Location is excellet - right near beautiful La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Bermuda Dunes. So much to do here!

This resort is fairly well maintained, has several pools and even more spas/hot tubs throughout the property. When I booked this resort only a studio was available. This is a glorified hotel room with a kitchenette. Not bad if there are 2 people, but more than 2 makes it hard since there is 1 bathroom and it is pretty small.

There is computer access (wireless) in the office area along with a pool table, ping pong and video games. There are some older movies you can borrow and many different games.

Everyone has been nice but I wish I had asked if a 1 or 2 bedroom was open to upgrade to.

My new wife and I stayed at this resort on 9/18/04 through the 25th. This place is very nice and I would go back without hesitation. The people were very friendly with absolutely no pressure on sales. Our unit was a 2/2 with a gas fireplace. It has outside Jacuzzi's for the 6 plex’s. The pools are conveniently located with larger Jacuzzi’s. They have several outside gas BBQ’s for your use and a putting/chipping area. I liked the central location for golfing. Golfing in La Quinta or PGA west area is less windy and seemed to be protected by the mountains. I can’t wait to go back.
