The staff are wonderful and the rooms very clean. I enjoy drinking coffee and looking at the ocean in the morning, days in the pool talking with the nice quests and evenings having fun in the area. We do day trips to Orlando. Be prepared to have fun or just relax and watch the birds fly by.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona and can give up a lot of ammenities this could be for you. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and when I arrived I was a little disappointed. The resort is old and is not prime condition. The bathroom looks like they kinda slopped plaster on the walls, the bathtub could not hold water. There was no television in the bedroom only in the living area. I did sleep very comfortable and it was fairly quite. The beach was not as crowded as Daytona and the staff were friendly. A pizza parlor is across the road and delivers. By the end of my stay, my impression of this resort increased to the positive.
