Great secure location, beautiful grounds. multiple pools to enjoy, tennis, pickleball, friendly staff. Nothing not to love.

Fantastic resort with ocean front beach area, several pools, amazing food at all restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere. We go every year for our Anniversary.

Mid-point between Cabos San Jose and Cabos San Lucas. Close to all amenities such as: swimmable beach, grocery stores, coffee places, department stores, Costco!! Excellent units with infinity hot tub on the balcony. Units are massive with large open areas. Each room has its own full bathroom, large Kitchen with everything you would need, large living room and dining table, plus a laundry room. We have travelled with 8 people and never felt like we didn't have our own space. Unit includes 8 credits (valued at $250 each), which can be used for 8 rounds of free golf at three different golf courses: Cabo Real, Campestre, and Puerto Los Cabos. Credits can be used at the onsite spa, which is awesome or at Wild Canyon Adventure Park. Always sunny and hot there!

Great resort . Golf is fantastic.

This is a fantastic resort located in the "hot" Cabo San Lucas area of Baja California Sur, Mexico. A luxury ocean-front boutique hotel, the place is quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. The unit, measuring 2,908 square feet showcases a large sea-view terrace or balcony with an infinity-edge plunge pool, a full kitchen with top-rated appliances, expansive living spaces with entertainment center, two full bathrooms with rain showers and walk-in closets, a dining area with seating for eight, a king bedroom, plus a bedroom with two queen beds. It is indeed a full apartment by the sea. Finally, the price includes 8 rounds of golf (three championship golf courses on the property), which can be traded for SPA or other services, plus free airport transportation making it the perfect vacation place. I cannot wait to go back again!

The Condo side of the Resort is incredible. Private Hot Tub on the ocean-view terrace of each room. Walk in closet. Laundry facilities in the room. Private pool in front of each building. Wow. Amazing. But need to book early ... sells out way too fast.

The culinary offerings at Zoëtry Los Cabos were exceptional. At the exquisite Saltwater restaurant, Antonio and Cesar provided impeccable service, ensuring our dining experience was flawless and felt like a celebration of flavors. We also enjoyed the incredible options at El Arroyo, which offered delicious breakfast and dinner selections and unwinding at the Maguey Bar. The Reflections swim-up bar at the pool was a stand-out, where expertly crafted cocktails and stunning views created the perfect atmosphere to relax.

Our room was always spotless and welcoming thanks to the meticulous care of our housekeeper, Miriam, whose attention to detail was truly appreciate.

Our concierge team, Jose and Francisco, provided outstanding assistance throughout our stay. Their dedication to ensuring every detail of our trip was perfect did not go unnoticed.

The Zoëtry Spa was an oasis of relaxation, and we cannot thank Carlos, Julia and Loanis enough for their exceptional services. Their expertise and warm demeanor created an experience that was both rejuvenating and memorable.

This has been an outstanding home for our family for 17 years. We have had many wonderful vacations, excursions, day trips and played some of the most incredible golf of our lives here. The family has grown and we are using it less so we want to give another family the opportunity to create such cherished memories.

Beautiful location on the corridor with unobstructed view of the ocean. Spotless property. 3 bedroom unit had dishwasher as well as washer & dryer. There is a small infinity pool with the unit.

The location between Cabo San Luca and San Jose del Cabo was virtually free of vendors on the beach.

The staff was extremely attentive.

Golf Course included. Great food and restaurant services. Great view of the ocean and city of Los Cabos skyline. Pool and amenities included as well!

We have enjoyed each of our stays at Casa Del Mar. Food was great in the restaurant and by the pool. Central location in the Corridor and easy to get to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo.

The time share includes 6 rounds of golf at either Cabo Real, Club Campestre, and Puerto Los Cabos. The last one is a 36 hole, all inclusive golf course with palapas on the golf course where you can order food and beverages (adult, of course) for a $20 per person added charge. The maintenance fee is only payable when you make a reservation, and can be deferred for up to 5 years. The timeshare is part of a larger resort, which is accessible to the timeshare holders.

Zoetry Casa Del Mar is a must bucket list trip! The Arroyo restaurant staff will take care of you with genuine love- Elizabeth, Tania, Zaccarias, Miriam, Temo, Paulet, Adrian, Francisco- all the best! Gorgeous property- view, rooms, pools-best food. I absolutely love this place/ so gorgeous- quiet although if you want to party, there is a swim up pool bar and plenty of people have a great time. There is a wellness menu too- all the food was fantastic! I would come here over and over!

Ran into a couple that paid $7000 for a week for 2 people through a vacation club SW airlines for 8 days and 7 nights at Zoetry Casa Del Mar. Included flights, hotel and AIC. One can fly from Southern California much more cheaply and after buying this timeshare usage pays only maintenance fee plus the AIC. Much cheaper. Zoetry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos is a 4 diamond property rated by AAA. Wonderful extyerior foliage and beautiful beach area.

Most caring service we have received in the Cabo area. Lovely quiet main pool, excellent organic restaurant, and many smaller pools near your room.
