Very close to beach, either walk or take complimentary shuttle. Great view of golf course and lagoon. Unit is an end unit close to the pool, grills and other amenities.

The unit is in a very good location located next to hot tub, pool and pickle ball court. There is free golf with this unit every day. Close to the ocean. The climate has been getting warmer for this February week and it is perfect weather for golfing and sightseeing. Savannah is only 45 min drive away. Bikes are also available with the unit.

This is the perfect getaway for either a family or a couple needing some elbow room. Like home it's very comfortable. Very convenient to good shopping, golf, beach, pools, spa, Tennis, , great restaurants, Great live entertainment (even at Starbucks :0) and many other things that make it a great destination.

While well maintained I hope soon they get around to updating the place a bit :).

I have been staying at Spinnaker Shipyard for 25 years and loved every minutes of and then decided to move to Hinton Head Island. The unit is perfect. Always clean and had everything my family needed for the week. There is plenty of room for 6 people. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is great for riding bikes and it is so peaceful.

Spinnaker is a beautiful place to enjoy a slower pace in the warm sunshine and sea air! It is a true nature lover's retreat, with abundant wildlife right off the deck to observe and enjoy.

Great location. Perfect for lounging on the deck or any type of activity including tennis, pickleball, golf and water sports nearby. Close to many restaurants and many bike trails. Wonderful for a family or couples vacation!

This luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, two story townhome in Shipyard features a beautiful master suite with private bathroom and skylights, well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, stereo, sleeper sofa and large picture windows. Relax and enjoy dining on large deck with views of the lagoon and golf course. Spinnaker at Shipyard features a pool, splash pad for the kids, playground, grill area, poolside cabanas, hot tub, tennis courts and seasonal activities and entertainment.

Nestled in Shipyard community, just a short stroll or bike ride from the Shipyard Beach Club, our stylish townhome gives you easy access to the beautiful beach and bike trails, as well as the Shipyard Golf Club, Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and nearby shops, dining and activities of the Island's south end.

We have enjoyed our timeshare at Spinnaker for many years, which offers a pool/hot tub, pickleball courts, putting green and BBQ complex within a minute's walk of our unit, which overlooks the 7th hole. The beach and storage lockers are a short 5 minute bike ride (2 bikes provided for each unit) and there are miles of bike trails throughout Hilton Head. Our early August week coincided with the many concerts and special events offered on the Island. Golf and tennis are provided free.

Stayed here for week 10 2006. The weather at this time was perfect. This was the first time at this resort, and we loved it. All the Units were beautifully remodeled, with all the bells and whistles. Granite kitchen big screen TV new everything... Pictures shown here are not of upgrades. All the units sit on the Shipyard Golf Course (great courses included with package) We enjoyed the private tennis courts, pool, and many amentities the resort had to offer. Each unit comes with 2 bikes for a quick jaunt to beach or Coligny Plaza for shopping. Cant wait to return !!

Great place for a family vacation. Golf is included; fee to rent golf cart. Close to Coligny Plaza/ walk or shuttle to beach. Beautiful pool. supervised childrens activities; jacuzzi by pool; jetted tub in unit. Linens and kitchen equipment included. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Located on Hilton Head Island, Spinnaker at Shipyard is nestled in a picturesque residential area. Spinnaker at Shipyard is a hidden gem! The accommodations are up to date, luxurious and well kept. The pool and surrounding play areas are family oriented with pickle ball courts, putting green, splash pad, covered shelter, pool side cabanas, grilling area and more! The beach is an easy walk, bike or shuttle ride away. Spinnaker is centrally located on the island with Coligny Plaza a short bike ride away. 2 Bikes are included to ride the beach or many paths on the island. All units are on the golf course.

Spinnaker is a lovely well maintained resort located in beautiful and tranquil Shipyard Plantation. The two-level unit is spacious and well appointed with 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, on the second level. The main level features a half bath and spacious living room, dining room, and full kitchen in an open configuration, plus a patio/deck overlooking the golf course.

Great Value!! My unit was recently remodeled, it has a lagoon and golf course view. Very nice and serene, close to shopping, beach , attractions and restaurant.

This resort is among the island's best villas.

What a great place for vacation. It's away from all of the hustle and bustle of Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes but is well worth the cost. It's only a bike ride to Coligny Circle. What a great place and with them remodeling it this coming year it will be even better.
