Stayed Jan7-Jan12 2018. 4br4ba double villa #21 A&B. Very private master key entered exterior door, then entered villa door into private hallway, then entered villa A or B entry door. Stayed in villa 21 A&B near to activity center where we enjoyed large indoor pool and very friendly staff to help with dining and things to do. Enjoyed Toby's Hot Dog near Jamestowne, Food For Thought on US 60, and Outlet Malls.. We will return soon I hope.

Perfectly locate in Williamsburg Virginia. One of the cleanest resorts I've visited in Williamsburg. Great amenities at the resort with two pools, hot tub, gym, games for everyone. Condos are fully furnished, spacious and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.

I love the location to Colonial Williamsburg. the shopping is another thing I enjoy doing there. my week is nice because it's early Spring, and the trees and flowers are in bloom.

Great resort! Water area is nice, but very busy. We stayed in a pet unit with our Newfoundland. Rooms are clean but getting tired looking, but maybe that is due to being the pet unit. Shared laundry is a pain, our neighbor kept forgetting to move their laundry and we had to wait.

As an owner of this vacation ownership condo facility, I have spent a week there in December. This is a great location for visiting Williamsburg during the Christmas time. The area is full of special events and historic places to visit. The condos are very clean updated routinely and are easily accessible from every direction. A pleasure at which to stay. The staff are also very receptive and courteous in their interactions with guests and owners.

We have been on vacation at Vacation Village in Williamsburg several times. The Colonies are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We always have fun, so many places to go. Staff very nice, property well kept. Enjoy your stay.

Stayed here as a getaway week in a 2 bedroom unit. Was charged a $30.00 resort fee at arrival that everyone has to pay. Can’t figure out why everything isn’t included in the maintenance fees that owners pay at this resort. In my decades of owning a timeshare and purchasing a true multitude of getaway weeks I’ve never been charged a fee at any of the resorts except this one. The lady at check in was rude when I asked why I had to pay the $30.00 fee. Then another lady wanted me to go on a timeshare tour and couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to even though she knew I was pissed about the resort fee. Go figure!! Units are small especially the kitchen and dining areas. No room to function in the kitchen. Carpet is pealing up next to the kitchen. Very small porch area. Resort security seams very lax.

My family stayed at the Colonies during Christmas break. This resort is very upscale and we look forward to staying there again.

We stayed at the Colonies at Williamsburg in August 2012 and did a full family vacation with kids and grandkids. Everyone said it was the best place to stay we had done together. The children's pool/water area is phenomenal and the grandkids loved having their own mini water park. the larger pool was great for the bigger kids and adults. We had two units connected on one level by a hallway and the kids took over the hallway as their "special play area". High end units, wonderful staff, great vacation!

We own at The Colonies at Williamsburg and always enjoy our stay there. This resort is close to outlet shopping, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and much, much more. The two-bedroom unit is very spacious. Full-size kitchen is great. Washer/Dryer are great to have. Nice Club House, pools.

We stayed at the Colonies at Williamsburg the week of March 18th,2012. The resort was wonderful. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. They have a great outdoor pool and, an indoor pool as well. The beds were also very comfortable which is important because of all of the walking you will do on this vacation. The resort was also located close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Beautiful area and a beautiful resort...great vacation!!
