Hyatt Beach House Resort Reviews & Ratings

We have loved using our Beach House timeshare Week for 23+ years! Unfortunately, now that one of us is in our late 80’s and living with a debilitating illness we have been forced to sell. We have so enjoyed our the Beach House week many times over! We also traded our 2200 points into Interval International some years. This afforded us beautiful accomodations in Spain. We have also enjoyed several vacations at major ski resorts in Colorado and Utah. Belonging to Hyatt Vacation Club for all these years has been a joy.

Hyatt has wonderful properties. This one is beautiful and located on the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of parking if needed, playground for the children and closed by to fishing, golf and many restaurants.

A beautiful location. The unit is a corner unit. The patio on the left side looks out towards the dock and water, and the other side looks towards the pool. The units are clean and well-kept. You have all the necessities to cook you own meals. Publix is a mile away. The property is well maintained. The Tiki bar serves amazing drinks and food. Some of the best seafood restaurants are closer to this location.

The Hyatt Beach House in Key West property was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of room to relax.

One thing I really liked about it is the location. It’s right when you come onto Key West, so it’s away from all the craziness of Duval Street, which makes it a lot quieter and more relaxing. At the same time, you’re still close enough to everything. It’s an easy bike ride or short drive if you want to go into town for restaurants, bars, or sightseeing.

The pool area and waterfront are also really nice spots to relax after being out exploring during the day. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want a clean, comfortable place in Key West that’s close to the action but not right in the middle of it.

Property is kept up to date. Beautiful pool area with sandy beach. Tiki hut on site for food and beverages. Our unit overlooks the pool area and the entry into the unit is off of cow channel where we spot manatees. Has a full size kitchen, large bathroom and washer and dryer. It is not within walking distance to old town. But we have biked to old town and taxis and Ubers easily available. We have grown to love the restaurants on stock island which is very close to the resort.

Geat Views, a pool you never want to get out of. BBQ pits, louge chairs poolside as well as in the sand, helpful staff, a dock with boat and water sports rentals, large well furnished units, clean modern what else could you ask for. We have stayed here for Fantasy Fest 6 times. Had a great time, met fun people would highly recommend.

Lovely serene location in Key West! Property is well maintained, friendly staff, and the units are clean, spacious and have lovely bathrooms. Places to lounge around the pool are abundant, including numerous canopy loungers. We have enjoyed renting bikes and riding on the sidewalks and bike lanes throughout Key West and north along the causeway. Located on the Gulf side, you can also rent a kayak at the resort Tiki Bar, and explore the Cow Key channel and out to the Atlantic side.

This is a "diamond" March week at the Hyatt five-star luxury Beach House Resort in beautiful, warm, Key West - the southernmost point in the continental U.S.A. You will be enjoying a spacious 2 bedroom fully-equipped and furnished condo (1,040 sq. ft.) with a sunset view overlooking the pool & the Gulf, including a beautiful screened lanai sunroom perfect for breakfast and/or afternoon coffee. There are two separate bedrooms (both with a king) at opposite ends of the unit for privacy. There is also a pull-out sofa sleeper. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is a large ensuite with an accessible large double shower. The maximum occupancy is 6. The unit has in-unit AC, and in-unit laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The kitchen comes with all working utensils, full stove & refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, etc. The Beach House has a great zero-entry pool, gas barbecue pits on the beach, free covered parking and an elevator. Free wireless high-speed internet is also available throughout the property.

Enjoy all that Key West has to offer: the Aquarium, Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum, Hemingway House, the nightly Mallory Square sunset celebration, art galleries, shopping, beaches, great restaurants & bars, deep-sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, sailing, eco-tours, jet-ski tours, bicycle & moped rentals, golfing, Fort Jefferson & the Dry Tortugas, etc. Fly direct to Key West, or fly to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, rent a car and drive down on Sunday to Key West on the spectacular Overseas Highway.

Owner here since 2005. Great property on Key West, good for families and couples alike. On the quieter side of the Island so calm and peaceful when you want that with just a short drive from the excitement of Duvall Street when you want that.

This is a great place. Loved the condo, the large screened in porch, the pool and little beach area. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. While it is not close to the action downtown, there is a shuttle bus stop in quick walking distance that you can catch to take you to all the action.

Beautiful updated family friendly resort with great amenities and games for kids. Great pool and hot tub. Friendly staff!

Hyatt Beach House is a beautiful and relaxing place to be. All the units are recently updated and are gorgeous. A perfect place to be near the lovely Key West downtown and also a quiet and peaceful escape.

Hyatt Beach House is a beautiful, well maintained property that overlooks the ocean. 10 minute Uber to Duval Street at any time. Quiet and peacefull. Its like you are at your own Key West home

We have been using this timeshare since 2010. It’s first class in every respect. We have enjoyed it every year since purchase. Because of our age, we must sell.

Lush, tropical 2-bedroom residence features master suite with king-size bed, adjoining bath, walk-in shower and spa tub. Guest suite with king-size bed and full bath. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, premium electronics, Internet and screened-in balcony. This is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom timeshare that accommodates 6 people. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and feed 6 people (pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.). It has a full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. The couch pulls out into a bed. All units have a screened-in patio with outdoor furniture and every unit has a view. From our unit you mostly see the lush inner courtyard with just a bit of the ocean in the distance. Each bedroom has a TV, there is another TV with DVD player in the living room, and free Wi-Fi.

We love our second home at the Beach House! This resort is on the more residential end of the island, which has a lot to offer families and guests who want a quieter experience.

The Beach House offers one of the best pools on the island. Few other resorts offer the luxury of being able to step out of the pool and then walk directly into the Gulf of Mexico. If you're lucky, the manatees may visit you here.

The suites are open and airy with bright, clean decor and exceedingly comfortable beds. The master suite and accompanying bathroom is one of the best rooms in the place. The entire family can just hang out in the bathroom if you can't find anything else to do! The other "room" that is worth your occupancy is the deck, which offers plenty of seating and dining space.

Truly, there is no better location than the Beach House for Key West to find a space in your heart.

Comparing timeshares where I've vacationed, the Beach House has a great patio with delicious food and beverages. Resort area is very spacious which includes different levels with pools and a fun lazy river. Lounge chairs are always available and there is a walking path around the resort. Golf is 'next door', outside market a few blocks away, and many great restaurants nearby.

My family and I love staying at the Beach House Resort! The staff members are so nice. The pool and views are amazing. It was newly updated and very clean and very beautiful.
