This is a beautiful new hotel timeshare condo(fall 2012). We have a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit that sleeps 8. Oceanaire is a level above anything else in Virginia Beach and is well worth the cost if you are going to Va. Beach. The units have deluxe full kitchens, very comfortable beds, flat screen TV"s, oceanfront balconies(some have oceanview), much more living area than its sister property Ocean Beach Club and the 2nd BR. can be used as a lockout unit. The property has full service amenities, friendly helpful staff, concierge service, several pools, lounges and just has an upscale feel. We have stayed at many timeshares from Branson to Florida and this is at the top. This is on a great beach and boardwalk in an area that gets it when it comes to visitors. A note when it comes to restaurants, the ones on the boardwalk are very expensive, drive a short distance and a wide range of reasonable restaurants are available or just go to the supermarket and cook in your unit and save hundreds(we do this).

Located just steps from the ocean in the heart of the tourist district, Oceanaire, a Hilton Vacation Club is an upscale retreat in Virginia Beach. Spend a day hiking False Cape, First Landing and Cape Henry Memorial State Parks, biking along the boardwalk, touring Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge or relaxing beachside. Enjoy four oceanfront pools, an ocean view fitness center and valet parking. Accommodations include jetted tubs, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and luxurious bedding.

In 2011 they built the new Oceanaire section. I was at the time a timeshare owner of the Mediterranean unit in the original timeshare hotel.

I bought the new section; it was very beautiful and had sleeping for 8. When we did not have the full family, I rented the smaller unit which paid for my maintenance. I have a layout of the 2 unit and can send it to you upon request

We love the Oceanaire it is one of the newest luxury resorts in Virginia Beach. It is absolutely beautiful and modern. The condominium rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The two bedroom oceanfront is much larger than the oceanview two bedroom with both balconies oceanfront. There are multiple pools including an adult only, a fire pit with rocking chairs surrounding it, a bar and grill poolside. The stores and restaurants that are within walking distance are exceptional.

We had the pleasure of staying at Oceanair Resort, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best vacations experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff who made sure our stay was comfortable an enjoyable

Oceanaire is a full -service resort that is ideal for couples and families. The location is ideal for beach lovers and all activities tied to water.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The resort is one of the newer resorts in Virginia Beach with updated furnishings and great recreational activities with the resort and the surrounding area.

This is the last phase of a 3 phase building. 3 pools onsite with one pool and hot tub for adults only. Rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly!

It's an amazing place to spend Time with family every one is so friendly.The pools are amazing especially if traveling with kids.The beach is beautiful.

Best resort on the Virginia Beach. My first choice at Va Beach

I just returned after a week stay in January 2016 at the Oceanaire Resort Hotel. It was a great place to stay. I had a 2 Bedroom comfortable ocean view room. Loved the suite and the friendly staff. The location on the beach and valet parking was terrific. I would highly recommend this superior time share.

We stayed at The Oceanaire for the second time for a week in early July. Our first trip last summer was wonderful & while this particular trip was still wonderful there were a few issues that were a bit inconvenient. I'll start with the good...still have an awesome/friendly staff, martini bar is great (good, strong ones), pools are the best especially if you have kids-in fact we only did the beach once because we had a much better time staying at the pools all day. We stayed in the big 2 bedroom suite w/ full kitchen & 3 beds. The rooms had a perfect layout & nicely appointed however this is where we had a few of our "issues". When we arrived we made sure to crank up the refridgerator & mini fridge as we like to stock up so we don't have to purchase every meal out. After purchasing $300 worth of groceries & placing them in both refridgerators we noticed after 2 hours that even though they seemed cool they weren't cold & everything began melting. We brought maintenance in & low & behold they needed to replace both of them. After another 2 hours they replaced them & ended up reshopping for us all of groceries we had lost. The second problem was that the dishwasher was incredibly loud & at the end of each wash we were left w/ what looked like clean dishes but the tub & sides of dishwasher were filled/covered w/ rusty water. Lastly the housekeeping didn't do a very thorough job cleaning before our arrival. There were crumbs all over the kitchen counters, dining table, & floor. It seems it was too hard to move dining chairs, ottomans to clean the mess underneath which is kinda gross when you usually go shoeless. Our first trip also had an issue where there was a leak that they couldn't figure out where it was coming from so there was a 3'x3' wet spot on the carpet out side of the bathroom door in the king bedroom for an entire week which was also gross to walk on shoeless in order to get into the bathroom. All in all both trips were great but seeing as though you are paying a premium to stay you would think the appliances would at least work & that you wouldn't have to put up w/ a leak. I would recommend the Oceanaire but don't be surprised if you are inconvenienced w/ a few issues here & there.

I loved my stay at the Oceanaire! The hotel is absolutely beautiful & the staff was wonderful. The hotel is great for families, as there are several pools that are kid friendly but the hotel would also be a great place to ''get-away'' for a romantic weekend!! I will definitely come back!! This time for a longer stay!
