The spirit of Aloha lives in this place. From the welcome of the registration staff, to the high-end furnishings, the white glove cleanliness to the well planned system of pool and lounge areas. A great place for holidays, family gatherings and romantic get-aways.

Awesome resort, especially for families. Great amenities. The complimentary shuttle service between the four Hilton properties (all of which you have access to as a guest at Kings Land) is great and convenient to get to shopping, food and the Hilton Waikoloa ocean front area.

This is one of my favorite locations globally. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of Hilton Waikoloa, but an easy free van ride to it. King's Land has its own services if you want to spend your time relaxing in one of the pools or doing activities such as playing golf or hiking on a very close by historic trail with petroglyph hundreds of years old. I prefer the Big Island to Oahu because of the diverse landscapes and larger size. Oahu starts feeling small after a week for me. Great place. I have gone a couple of times already and intend on going back for many years to come. There is lots to see and do at Kings' Land and Waikoloa, plus I use it as my home base to explore the rest of the island.

This time share was fabulous. Great food at the cafe but only opened until 6pm. Great priced happyhour drinks every night from 4-6pm. Great "luau' show Thurday nights for FREE. Great warm swimming pools with water slides for the kids. Free parking and hotel use at the Hilton Waikoloa, the pool there was fun but too cold for my son. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of timeshares and this one my have been the best. The only down side is it is not on the beach but easy to drive and park at the A-bay beach with super fun water sports unlimited from 10-2pm for $25 on certain days. free parking right in from of your condo and free wifi.

We have stayed 6 out of 7 nights with our grandchildren, and have had a superior experience. One of the best timeshares, if not any resort, we have ever stayed at. For kids, the swimming pool experience is tremendous - water slide, kids water-play area, separate adult pool for cranky people who don't want to put up with splashing and noise. We love our unit, a 2 BR, and the furnishings, view of the golf course, and washer-dryer which we used each day. The only slight negative was begging the housekeeping staff for more dishwasher and laundry detergent each day.

We used the pool at the Hilton Waikoloa Village twice - this is a much larger, busier, more congested resort, which is simply stunning, but we (and the kids) were glad to get back to the quieter Kings' Land. Your check-in will allow you to park free at the Waikoloa Village, so it's definitely something you'll want to do.

Services are nearby - we liked the convenience of the Island Gourmet store for food, and the Foodland at the Mauna Lani nearby, too. We also got groceries in Waikoloa Village at the market, and the Foodland in Waimea, where we were for church services. Overall, this has been a spectacular vacation experience, highly recommended.

One final note - the photo at the top of this page, for Kings' Land is inaccurate - it shows the Ocean Tower at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, which is a 5 minute drive.

Great resort as reviewed by other members . Exchangers get the older buildings on first or second floor. Owners get third floor. We were on second floor in building four overlooking the serenity pool. Good location, except we could here everyone walking around above us. Walls seem to be well insulated however. Buildings 21/22 are new as of 11/2012. Smaller in size and across the street with no pool there. Hilton hotel access is nice, but a hassle to get there. Overall an excellent choice. Also, lots of feral cats and wild goats roaming around. Mahalo!

Great resort! We loved the 2br unit, these pictures posted here are not representative of the resort room we stayed in and the building we were in was the 3rd one built. The rooms were beautiful with wood floors (or wood laminate) throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen lcd tv's (one in each bedroom and living room). Washer /dryer are in the room, which is nice. The Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate stand up shower, very nice as well. We had a view of the Serenity pool and Kings golf course, the pools all are very nicely designed with big waterfalls. In the evenings, if clear you could see Maui and the wild goats would come out and graze on the golf course. This resort is not on the beach, you will need to drive to one of the several state beaches nearby – recommend Hapuna Beach. Matter of fact there are only two hotels that are actually on a white sand beach on the big island and the Hilton is not one of them (they have a man made lagoon with beach). There is a bar and restaurant onsite for lunch and afternoon, but closes at 6pm. They offer a free shuttle to the other resorts and Hilton Waikoloa Resort where there are many things to do and dine. There are also shopping nearby – Queens Market Place and Kings Shops from food to clothing. I recommend Subway’s in the Queens Market Place for a cheap eat, and Buzz’s Sand Trap for a good diner (beware though ambiance is that of an old golf club house in need of re-design, but food is good). We went to Foodland up the road 15min for shopping, and Target, Walmart and Costco are all in Kona. If you go to Kona you must eat at Jackie Rey’s Ohana Grill, best dinner on the island! Also a must see is the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, 3 hour drive but well worth the visit. The staff is all there eager to please and is very helpful. Great place to relax and unwind.

We own at Kingsland and have gone here for the last 10 years. It's a beautiful expansive resort which included 27 holes of golf. The timeshare units are conveniently located close to the clubhouse and pools. There are several restaurants within the property and a grocery store. Wonderful entertainment with dolphin pools and paddle boats in protected area. Property borders the ocean. Units are always well maintained and clean.

Your stay at Kings' Land allows you free all-day parking at the impressive Hilton Waikaloa resort down the road and complimentary entrance to use their pools, legendary lagoon, dolphin pool, and restaurants, and if you do not have a car, there is a free shuttle that takes you there and back to Kings' Land every 30 minutes or so. Aloha!

We stay here every year and absolutely love it! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the pool area is incredible. You can use the facilities at the main Hilton hotel and we love swimming with the fish at their lagoon. The free parking (at King’s Land and the main Hilton hotel) is a great benefit. This is my favorite vacation spot!

Kings' Land is a beautiful and relaxing space in which to spend your time. The pools are amazing! There is a full-service cafe that is open until 5pm, with a bar as well as live music. There are many gorgeous beaches close by to enjoy, also hiking trails, shops, dining options, and of course, A-Bay Beach is the go-to place for watching the magnificent sunset in the evening! Returning to your lovely condo on the golf course you can relax on your lanai and appreciate the lovely view. It is a truly remarkable place to vacation in!
