Close to beach; lots of things to do on the island such as visiting the volcano. Love the large farmers market!

A great resort for family. Close to the beach.

I've enjoyed staying at this resort. It's a great location with plenty of parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I read some comments that there are ants in the units. I've never had that problem. I'm from Texas and you learn pretty quick to keep a clean place or ants will show up.

Clean and quality resort. Not on a beach but a short walk to beaches and downtown Kona. Great island to explore.

Close enough to walk or quick drive to restaurants, farmers market, but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle. Had beach items to borrow. We contributed a few items at the end of our stay.

Love the proximity to beaches and activities. It's close to the main part of town but, far enough away to be quiet. The staff are always willing to help. Very comfortable accomodations.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and honeymoon last year and just loved it. Our one bedroom unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and decorated in traditional island style. It was just what we needed for our two week getaway on the Big Island.

The location was perfect; centrally located just across the street from the ocean and a short walk from downtown and sandy beaches.

If you're looking for a "home away from home" without all the tourist hype, this is your place.

We love WorldMark Kona! Favorite things: being close to EVERYTHING, very quiet resort, love the pool especially at night, full kitchen for staying in. We will always book here when we visit the Big Island!

WorldMark Kona Resort is in a great location in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. The staff is always friendly and the unit was very clean.

My stay at WorldMark Kona Resort was excellent. The suite was well appointed and clean. The location in Kona is so convenient; it is close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

I am a WorldMark owner and love this resort. Across the street from the ocean and 1 walking mile to everything in downtown Kona. Have stayed here many times over the years and will go back again. You will need a car if you want to see the other parts of the Island or if you don't like to walk.

Since 2006 I have stayed at this resort proximately eight times The last time was feb. 2018 always clean nice place Plus I get a good deal good restaurant downtown I think it's the fish basket Best fish in town do you want to go to a good beach Kekaha Kai beach park

Very poor location. Houses next door look like garbage dump.

This is not a resort. It is a good base from which to travel the area. A car is a necessicity as it is 4-5 miles to the nearest stores, restaurants. Furnishings are adequate though there is no TV in the 2nd bedroom of the 2-bedroom units. Friendly and very helpful staff and their orientation is done very well with emphasis on area attractions and not sale of timeshares. The early bird specials and happy hour at the Royal Kona Hotel, about 3-4 miles away, are not to be missed. The best value for a reasonable price to be found in that area and most scenic eating area.

looks more like an apartment building, and is ran more like one too. property not kept up very well. elevator was filthy. would not stay again..also people in the pool in the evening that were not staying in the timeshare, go figure.
