The only reason I did not give it a 5, is that it was a little hard to find your
way aroung the gated community, they need signs to point to the
locations. The little treehouse cottages, as everyone called them, were
great. You get those when you need to sleep 6-8 persons. there were 6
adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room, did not have to worry about
the kids making too much noise for the adjoining guest. It would have been
nice to have grills for the units. Each unit had a screened in porche off of
the bedrooms. The furnishings were very atractive. Villa Rica is a very old
community but building up all the time. A little hard to find at first also.
Very peacful, would be a great place to have a family reunion. The sand at
the beach was like being in Florida and the water almost as clear as
Bahammas, I would say this was due to it being a gated community. I would
definitely go back. Stone mountain is a must, but get up and get there early
so you can actually do all there is to do. Put down your blanket for the lazer
show and go enjoy the park, no one bothers your space.
