Town houses have been updated , since the previous manager was let go. Overall it’s pretty good, location is GREAT and property goes all the way to the beach.

You'll like Sea Side if you like small scale, peaceful, old Florida charm. You may not like it if you want a large all-inclusive resort. The location is sweet - away from Rte1, near the fishing pier and on the beach .

Dated a bit, but clean and in a great location right on the beach. Does not have all the ammeneties of a full size resort, but the small size makes everything more friendly and quite.

Clean but a little run down..No cell phone reception in the room we had. No dvd or vcr.. only a phone in living room could not hear the ring when in the bedroom with the TV on. Wireless available only in a gazeebo with no electric outlet or in an open lobby sitting on a plastic bench.

Great location! On the beach and off A1A so it's alot quieter and safer.

OK PLACE A LITTLE RUN DOWN AND IF YOU RENT A TOWN HOUSE DO NOT GET UNIT 40 UNIT 40 VIEW ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS THE OFFICE WALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND 2ND FLOOR VIEW IS THE OFFICE ROOF.
