Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North Reviews & Ratings

We have had the six weeks for twenty years and have been delighted with the purchase. Location,staff,service,cleanliness and sleep comfort are all five star. the residences are kept in excellent condition as are the general areas.Location is very good for restaurants, shops, golf courses, cinemas and overall entertainment. The only reason we wish to sell is that we are 82 and almost 77 and the journey to and from the United Kingdom is becoming more difficult.

We visited the Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale in October 2024. The service from each team member was outstanding. The villas have everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable stay. Want to grill dinner? They will pre-light and prep the grill area for you. Don't want to cook? The restaurant on site as well as the restaurants at the adjacent Four Seasons Resort are all available with signing privileges to your villa. The pools / hot tub / towel service and treats by the pools felt luxurious. Not many timeshare properties provide daily housekeeping service, but this one does, and they take such great care of you. Highly recommend! We hope to return soon!

A beautiful 2 bedroom with all of the amenities of the Four Seasons hotel which is adjacent to the residence club. It is just totally renovated this fall with brand new furniture. Views of either the mountains or pool and walking distance to pinnacle peak.

We have owned this fabulous property for 22 years. We are selling our two gold weeks but keeping our two platinum weeks. This property is extremely well managed and constantly upgraded.

Beautiful resort with spacious luxury accommodations, coupled with excellent service and great weather. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit during the 2025 WM Open!

Beautiful condo surrounded by mountains. Great for a couple or family. Magnificent pool, hot-tub, and facilitates.

This is a dream spot. Elegant and peaceful with wonderful restaurants, hiking and shopping nearby as well as world class golfing. The Holiday Season is magical in Scottsdale & Phoenix as well with special light displays and events that can keep the whole family engaged.

Beautiful resort with amazing amenities and views! Residence Club has its own pool, kids pool, and adult/quiet pool as well as its own well-equipped gym and locker room facilities with showers and a steam room. Complimentary Kids Club on site as well from age 5 and up. Room service available from the Hotel and several restaurants on the property. Hiking trail a walk away!

Top notch all around! Beautiful understated elegance and the kind of great service you would expect from a four seasons hotel!

We stayed here early June 2010 on an Interval trade. From check-in to check-out, the experience was almost perfect! We had a huge 2 bedroom unit (it was a lock-off, so the studio portion had a kitchenette that we didn't need). I ordered groceries from Safeway online before we left, so they were delivered to our unit (while we were at lunch by the pool right after check-in). They put the cold items away for us and left the other items on the counter - so we didn't even have to go up to the room when Safeway came.

I felt like this resort didn't try to squeeze money from the guests for little things, and the food wasn't too overpriced for us (we had lunch almost every day at the pool grill). The weather was so coorperative - hot but dry, and really nice! The full daily maid service was so nice!! They will even do your dishes :)

The gym was really nice by the residences, so we didn't use the hotel gym. We did meet up there one morning for the 6am hike - they even sent someone to pick us up at our unit to drive us over there at 5:45! Talk about service.

Also the kids loved the little treats around the pool every day - dibs, ice pops, smoothie samples, frozen grapes, etc...

I do agree about the kitchen being small (galley-style), but probably many folks aren't cooking a lot. We made breakfast daily, and I made simple things for the kids like hot dogs and frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, etc... which doesn't involve much. So really it was sufficient. All the dishes and pots looked almost new - I don't know if anyone had cooked at all in our kitchen prior!

I had asked for humidifiers in the rooms, and they were there when we checked in. Nice touch.

All in all, if I could go back, I would! My kids had a great time (they're 11 and 13) swimming, playing ping pong, eating at the grill (Ocotillo), and doing some sightseeing. My husband loved the gym, I did too, and the hike was fun (but it is hard if you're not in some shape!). The only thing I didn't give 5 stars for was the location - we felt a bit removed from our friends, who live near Kierland in Scottsdale, so did end up driving a lot. Not a big deal, though.

Many resorts have beautiful grounds & great accommodations, and Troon has that, but where this resort excels is it's staffing. From the minute we checked in until we left, we were pampered.....and this included daily full maid service. Our unit was in the Residence Club, and if you have stayed in timeshare or interval units you know typically you get linen change once during the week, that's it. Yes, we tipped generously, but no doubt the service would have been the same. Bath ammenities are from L'Occitane. The concierge staff, the dining wait staff, gift shop staff, were both helpful and happy.

The views are spectacular and you can take a walking trail from the resort that leads to the hiking trail up Pinnacle Peak (highly recommended).

Many units have been renovated recently, as was ours, and the only drawback we could find is that the kitchens, although well equipped, are quite small (no doubt most people dine out). We usually cooked in but the restaurants had great atmosphere, menus, and staff (food was very good) and at least once a week is a wine tasting, a martinis and manicure, etc.

Cabanas surround the many pool areas, including a very generous sized whirlpool with vigorous jets to sooth the muscles.

A full Four Seasons resort. Feels much more luxurious than other scottsdale resorts. The spa, the restaurants, the golf, the rooms, the pools...whew...they are all really good. The rooms are also very well taken care of and the service is, of course, as good as you are going to get anywhere (which, of course, is why the place is so expensive). They know how to take care of kids and to separate them appropriately to keep the kid-less couples happy. On the couple of visits we have had, we have always looked forward to the sunset from the bar and the evian spritzers on our face by the staff at the pool.
