Other than the beds being too hard, this is
how I would build a resort if I had the
opportunity. It is relatively small, which give it
a very intimate feel, and the units are
designed and furnished as well as any
timeshare units that I have ever stayed in.
(Much better than the Embassy in Poipu,
although not quite as large). The grounds
are landscaped very nicely and the pool is
quite adequate.
While Kapaa should no be confused with a
great resort area, there are a few nice
restaurants in the area and, as Kapaa is
centrally located and Kauai is a relatively small
island, its easy to get to other nicer areas
within a few minutes drive.
However, as timeshare point systems
generally work to the disadvantage of the
buyer, I wouldn't purchase a unit here.
