Location is mid Eastern Shore half way from North Shore and South Shore.

There is a small shopping center across the street with full grocery store, whole foods store, restaurants and local owned shops.

In addition to the full kitchen there are barbeques by the pool.

The location is absolutely one of the biggest highlights — right along the ocean on Kauai’s east side, making it easy to explore both the North Shore (Princeville/Hanalei) and the South Shore (Poipu).

The resort has a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere that really fits the island vibe. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with an ocean view was unforgettable. While the beach directly in front isn’t ideal for swimming year-round, it’s beautiful for sunrise walks and relaxing by the shore.

The units are spacious and well-equipped, with full kitchens that make longer stays comfortable and convenient. It’s not a luxury mega-resort, but it’s clean, comfortable, and feels more like a condo stay than a hotel — which we appreciated. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained and a great place to unwind after a day of hiking or sightseeing.

Kapaa town is just minutes away with grocery stores, casual restaurants, and local shops. The central location made day trips to Waimea Canyon, Hanalei Bay, and Poipu Beach very manageable.

If you’re looking for a quiet, well-located oceanfront property with a relaxed Hawaiian feel (rather than a crowded resort scene), WorldMark Kapaa Shore is a great choice. We would definitely return.

I'm from Oahu and I always look forward to my getaway trips to Kapaa. This location is very close to Lihue and other local spots on the island. Every unit we've stayed in so far had amazing views of the sunrise! The staff definitely carry the Aloha spirit, and the grounds are well kept.

I love that it is right on the ocean and a wonderfulswimming beach is a three minute walk away. The pool, grounds and garden are lovely. Staff will make sure all your needs are met.

We loved this resort. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings and kitchen. We were a bit concerned about no air conditioning, but we were all very comfortable - no issues. The grounds are beautiful and the property's beachfront is perfect!

We love this place! It’s right off the ocean so there are wonderful ocean views everywhere. Quaint pool, well-maintained grounds. Not too loud or busy. Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional.

Rooms are comfortable, not fancy, but just lovely with those ocean views from the balcony. You can wake up and eat breakfast or just sit and have coffee with a view every morning . You can wade in the ocean and along the beach, right off the property. A small crowd gathers every morning to catch the sunrise out of the ocean!

There are 2-3 grocery stores within 3 blocks, great small restaurants and a couple excellent food trucks!

No A/C but ceiling fans there.. was not a problem for us because being right by the ocean, it never got that hot and it was lovely having windows open for that ocean breeze!
