I have been a member of Club International de Cancun since 1977... I consider it to be the single best investment I ever made in my life, because no other investment has brought so much pleasure to my life, and to my family's... it changed my life for the better.

After 30 years, it came to the end of the 30 years right to use with a residual value, and we were offered to renew or receive the residual value... of course, I renewed my three weeks for another 30 years. "Residual Value" by the way, is unheard of in most other timeshares. It means we got our original investment back, or in my case, much more.

The Club was renovated extensively. All the drainage was replaced, the swimming pools are now heated, and the Villas were beautifully remodeled and furnished. It was already beautiful before, but it is even more beautiful now. If it was 5 stars before, now it deserves another star, because now it is exceptionally beautiful. The swimming pools now are heated... and new lights that change colors from a deep blue to green and purple etc. were installed in the swimming pools... they are stunningly beautiful... There is a new "river" that flows from one fountain near one swimming pool to the other swimming pool. And there is a new playground for small children.

Also known as "Vacation Clubs International" or "V.C.I." or "Vacation Clubs"... This was the first Royal Resort, and it set new standards for the Timeshare industry. It is not as "ritzy" as the other Royal Resorts, but it is first class all the way. V.C.I. has had the highest customer rating for longer than any other timeshare in the world, according to Interval International, Consumer's Reports, and R.C.I. You can also use the restaurants and facilities at the other Royal Resorts, which makes it very pleasant. Service is superb.

The "C" Villas are duplex (two floors) and have two large bedrooms and two baths, and the "B" Villas have two smaller bedrooms and only one bath. They both have the same kitchen and living room area. The beach at V.C.I. is very calm and great for children, as opposed to the beach on the other side of the island, and sailing here is the best. You will love the beautiful architecture and landscaping and gardens of V.C.I.

Our family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed the Royal Cancun for many years. Whether it's walking out of the patio door and being steps away from the pool/beach, dining at the onsite restaurants, or participating in the many activities, this has been our home away from home since 1998. When you stay at the Royal Cancun, the staff becomes your family. In fact, we have kept in touch with our original salesperson and enjoy reconnecting each time we visit Cancun. We hope that you'll consider renting this amazing unit for your upcoming 2026 vacation.

Great location. One floor above main lobby. Looks over pool and straight at Palapa and looks at Caribbean also can see Isla Majeres. Flat beac. Palm trees. Palapa. No waves. Free use of kayaks. Catamarans. Knee or standup paddle boards. Life guards on duty. Many beautiful boats passing by. Pirate ships passing in front of the resort. Kids can have a lot of fun. As well as adults. Market. On lobby floor for quick groceries and/or essentials. Thomas More travel located on main lobby. Maid service daily except Sunday.

The location at the resort is just the best! Beautiful turquoise water, calm waters to swim, snorkel, or fish off the pier. Activities for kids, teens, and adults. Sailfish sailboats and kayaks are free to use. It's safe, it's beautiful and it is truly, "a home away from home".

This has been our winter home for several years. It has been totally enjoyable-- especially the ocean front restaurant just steps away from this villa!

I am so sad to sell, staff can't help you enough. I wished they lived with me. Made deep lasting frenships over 40 years.. Big parties every year daily on the beach. GREAT TIMES WERE HAD MY ALL.

We fell in love with the Royal Cancun, then VCI, the first "Royal Resort," when we traded another timeshare and bought in the following months. We re-upped during the extension of the original life of the resort and have never regretted it for a minute. In fact, we bought a unit at the Royal Haciendas for week 5 and my family, friends and I have loved every minute in our homes away from home!! However, in recent years, due to increasing difficulty getting around, I have rented them out several times and have decided it would now be wise to sell them both. :-( They are both among the best units at each of the resorts!! Please make me an offer.

Mexican hotel with the most wonderful vibe in the middle of everything, love the amenities available on this resort and it’s perfect for kids of all ages!

Beautiful resort right on the ocean - ocean front! Pool is great with a swim up bar and kids pool. Great restaurants. All inclusive is available. Guests can use amenities of at all five Royal resorts in the Cancun area.

Excellent service and maintenance since 1984. The Villa has an extraordinary view and is on the top floor. The water is perfect for kids and the restaurant food is always top notch. We have used the resort for over 4o years. Sadly our advanced age necessitate our sell this beautiful resort.

It's a Wonderful Family resort. There are so many activities, and the staff makes every effort to ensure your stay is perfect. We have been going to the Royal Resorts for over 30 years, and we cherish the amazing memories.

My family loves this resort. We've been going there for nearly 20 years. Staff is wonderful. Resort is wonderful. Very laid back atmosphere. Perfect vacation spot!

Staying here is like staying with family. Friendly staff and away from the crowds. Absolutely beautiful property!

Although we own a the Royal Cancun, for $50 we rotate between the Royal Sands ( Cancun) and The Royal Haciendas (Playa del Carmen). Love all three. The Royal Cancun is laid back and terrific particularly for young families. The Royal Haciendas has a great golf course on property and its an easy bike ride to Playa. The Royal Sands is the "postcard of Cancun" with multiple pools and restaurants and great activities for ALL AGES. We are only looking to sell because we are finding that we are traveling more with others to other locations than Mexico. The service has ALWAYS been superior. Its often a one way from KC to Cancun giving us more vacation time. Top notch accommodations, services. food and VIEWS!

My father purchased 2 weeks at Royal Cancun (then known as Club International) in 1977, then I purchased my unit in 2007. I have so many great memories being there, it's a beautiful and well-maintained resort in a great, central location! And, the employees are wonderful.

We have been going to the Royal cancun for many years. The resort is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very attentive. They have two great restaurants. All inclusive is an option or you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants in Cancun.

My home away from home for years. Royal Resorts are always kept to high quality standards, excellent service and staff, very safe, very welcoming, lots to do and see.
