Relax in complete comfort in the modern contemporary suites. This resort sits on 27 acres Overlooking Maalaea Bay and has a new restaurant, large pools with hot tubs and several cabanas, keiki pool, adult pool and a couple of slides. It also has an Oceanfront pool adjacent to the new restaurant. A keiki room with board games and game consoles. Each room has a private lanai, large TVs and plenty of outlets and usb charging ports for all your devices. Super friendly and helpful staff are always eager to help. Great location just 15 minutes from the airport, and an easy trip to Costco, Target, and Safeway for your supplies to take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Minutes away from a mango orchard (Golden Mangos are worth the price), Ululani’s Shave ice, and some amazing Hawaiian donuts and pies, both sweet and savory. We had an unforgettable stay at Maui Bay Villas!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite offers a 138 square-foot lanai area, as well as a balcony with seating for four. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 55-inch TV and desk. The primary bathroom includes a vanity with a single sink, a backlit mirror, backlit make-up mirror and walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The toilet is in a separate room and has a washlet. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds and a 65-inch TV. The guest bathroom includes a single-sink vanity, a backlit mirror, a toilet and a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The suite includes a living room with a sofa bed, 65-inch TV and dining table for six. This suite also features a full kitchen with sink and waste disposer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, electric range with oven, built-in microwave and washer/dryer unit.

The Maui Bay Villas are gorgeous. Pools and palm trees galore. Our party of four was treated like royalty at a five star resort! There were a few elements missing because construction is not complete, but the staff works hard to provide the extra touches that make up for it. We had a glorious week vacation that we will always remember.

Incredible location for beaching, surfing, eating infamous sticky buns, golfing, biking, hiking, great dining, whale watching, zip-lining, snorkeling, and much more!

Gorgeous onsite pools and hot tubs. Very accommodating for families as well as couples on a honeymoon.

Love the sunsets and the pool. The beach resort is a great place to have an evening drink or meal.

Wonderful and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the sunset, relax at the pools/jaccuzi, stroll to the beach across the street. Staff is excellent.

Beautiful resort setting in Kihei. Fantastic pool, lovely beach, all the amenities you would expect in a new Hilton Grand Vacations time share. Convenient location to all of the beautiful island of Maui; short ride to the airport, upcountry, and south Maui. This 2 bedroom condo has a full kitchen, in suite washer/dryer, very spacious lanai/balcony, free parking, too many plusses to mention here. Great value for a 6 night stay in Maui. Go for it!

Absolutely gorgeous property with no rental fees for the main cabanas with TVs. Easy beach access and private pool upon request.

Wonderful resort. The on-site restaurant and pool bar are open! This is a new resort, and all rooms and amenities are new and spectacular! The pool(s) are so inviting, with a pool waterfall and slide. Private Beach access right next to the restaurant is so nice. It is worth the investment to experience this beautiful island paradise.

Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to be in a central location at a nice resort. The resort itself I ver nice and obviously brand new. We are big pool people and that was one of the big draws as the pool is large, multilevel and has a lot of activities at it. The water was perfect temp the whole time and never felt cold once. The rooms were awesome and felt very large. We were in a two bedroom and our family of four had plenty of room. The master bathroom was large and and the spare bathroom was good sized as well. It was weird there wasn't a bathtub which did make it hard four our young ones. Kitchen wise it was large and very well equipped. We cooked 5 of our 7 nights. The stuff I could like to see changed. I would love to see pool service over the walk up pool bar. It just makes vacation that much easier. The bartending staff was also really inconsistent with the drinks they made. Day one we had Mia Ties the were made with sour mix, the next day they had Malibu in them, then the next day the pours were very light. The grab and go had very weird hours and never seemed open. they did offer free shave ice one day and we were lucky to make it and get some for the kids. This is something that they can't change but this is on the windy part of the island. The mornings were nice and the late afternoons were nice but from around 12-230 every day the wind blows like crazy. The pool was warm enough that the wind didn't matter but they would make you put the umbrellas down. Over all we liked the resort and we will return.

Beautiful new rooms. Multiple swimming pools for adults and children.Walking distance to the beach. Full kitchen with all amenities. Easy parking close to the condo. Elevators. One pool next to the sandy beach. Restaurants close by. Pool bar with bar food.

This is a new resort in North Kihei on . There are facilities for both adults and children. If you want a quiet pool experience, you simply walk across the street to the adult pool and spa which is on the water and adjacent to the restaurant which has a nice happy hour and great sunset views. The main pool area has water falls and a slide, along with a poolside bar. There is also an onsite market where you can purchase food or items that you may have forgotten. We stopped at Costco on the way from the airport for larger items and then supplemented that with items for Safeway which is a mile away. There is a wonderful whale museum less than half a mile away with many children's activities. Beaches are close as well. We use the Snorkel Store,https://thesnorkelstore.com/, to get beach conditions via email every morning and make our plans accordingly.

This is a beautiful resort. Although units are still under construction, the work did not interfere with our stay at all. The pools are spacious and current guests have the area to themselves at this time. Spectacular sunsets from the pools and beach!
