Can’t beat the location. Our room was a little tired looking though. Good place if you dont mind getting up at 4 am to reserve a palapa or chair by pool.... otherwise you are out of luck

We have a timeshare and I love to wake up to the ocean view from my kitchen. We love Aruba, have been owners since 2000. Have seen a lot of improvements to the hotel and love the beach. I have always felt safe go out at night alone and walk the up to the shops and waterfalls in eve. Security is very good and have never had any problems. So many activities for all ages and the night time live theater is very good. Can not say anything bad about this resort or Aruba.!! Janice

We stayed at the Occidental Grand Sept. 7-14. We have stayed at the Marriott Hotel, Marriott Surf Club and the Hyatt. This is our favorite because of the location, it is perfect. We have been coming to Aruba for 5 years now and we love it! Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean.

Absolutely love the island of Aruba with it's beautiful beaches, gorgeous sunsets and gentle breezes. The Barcelo Aruba is located on a prime piece of beach and offers opportunities to play on the beach or in the casino. Great site for a wedding!!

Barcelo Palm Beach Aruba is an outstanding Resort. The staff are beyond helpful, Friendly and very accommodating. The variety of Restaurants are Superb with excellent Menus and service. The rooms are fantastic with Ocean Views. The pool is so conveniently located with an awesome swim up or walk up Bar. The Ocean Beach is excellent and I believe it is the Best Beach and location in Aruba. Our Family has gone to this Barcelo Aruba location for almost twenty years and we simply love it. It is simply the best Aruba Vacation Location.

Great resort with great views and walking distance to shops and restaurants outside of the hotel. All inclusive is a bonus as well.

Great ocean front room with a huge terrace. Very comfortable and clean. Best pool .. no mandatory all inclusive.

Location and staff are great for the timeshare. Only complaint is the parking system only worked half the time so if you have a rental not great. However the location is walkable to most great restaurants and shops. The beach chairs are in year 7 of a 5 year replacement plan, too low and worn.

I purchased this timeshare in 2002. I like the resort, the location and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, but some are starting to show their age and need upkeep. The quality of the food has gone down in recent years.

We love this all-inclusive resort. It sleeps 4 people very comfortable. It has a Kitchenet, not full kitchen.

We have 5 weeks a year available, to be used individually or 5 rooms in one week.

The rooms are large and both have balconies overlooking the ocean. The resort is very clean and there are lots of activities. The beach is one of the best amongst the high rises. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. You will thoroughly enjoy this resort.

We loved staying at this hotel. The best part is its location, as it is located in the middle of the strip and very close to everything. It is also right on the beach and has a beautiful pool with a pool-bar and 2 hot tubs.

Very comfortable hotel, has kitchenette in the suite. Staff are amazing. Beautiful island, lots of activities.
