Seawatch is our family's favorite place to go for Spring Break. The beach is beautiful and the newly renovated buildings and pool are pristine. The unit has everything you will need for the week, including a full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you will need. The porch overlooks the pool and has a partial ocean view, perfect for morning meals or reading. I am sure you will enjoy Seawatch as much as we have over the past 30 years!

Our family has spent every year at Seawatch on the Beach for the past 35 years. It is a perfect place for family to relax and unwind. The beach is enormous with beautiful white sand and lots of great sea shells to hunt. The kids love the pool and hot tub and game room. The tennis/pickleball court is a great option across the street.

Beautiful timeshare resort on the Gulf of Mexico. completely renovated with spacious suites, a private heated pool and direct beach access. Beautiful white sands, gentle surf and stunning sunsets!

This resort is basically brand new! Was totally refurbished top to bottom since hurricane Ian. Beautiful extra wide beach with cabanas on the sand

SeaWatch on the Beach,The accommodations were just beautiful! We could not get over the white powdered sand and how huge the beach is. The accommodations are first class and everything was clean and well maintained! We enjoyed every day being out at the pool and also being able to look at the beach. We cannot wait to go back again!

Outstanding beachfront roomy, sleeps 6, 2 bedroom, each with their own private onsuite bathroom. Living room with pullout queen size bed . 3 balconies with beautiful views, Quiet beach, never crowded. Kitchen with all appliances, washer dryer. No pets, no smoking. Spotless! Staff is so helpful.They cater to your every need. Pool, nearby shops and restaurants On Estero Island. Convenient to Ft Myers airport, Short ride to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. So relaxing!

Beautiful Hilton resort on the quieter, less busy south end of Estero Island. Plenty of excellent restaurants here on the south end, but just 2 miles north are the back-to-back waterfront restaurants and nightlife! The expansive beach in front of Seawatch is sugar white sand! A Par 3, nine-hole golf course is literally, 1/4 mile south of the condo. Boat rentals, pontoons, are 3 miles south of the condo. Wonderful aquarium for the kids 7 miles south of the condo too. Staff is EXCELLENT! Planned activities, from pool games to afternoon ice cream and adult drinks every day! We LOVE owning and visiting our Hilton Seawatch condo here! Going to Lake Tahoe THIS summer, so Phyllis and I hope you get to ENJOY it as much as we do every summer!

We were exchange guests from April 30th to May 7, 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable quarters and quiet, we used the washer & dryer, cooked all meals in the kitchen and found it very pleasant, beautiful view of the beach & ocean, screened-in patio. Unbelievably deep (from resort to water) white sand beach and blue/green waters of the gulf. This time of year produced cool evening breezes and several days without the A/C though in mid-70's indoors. More to do in the area than one might think. We love historical places and drove up to the Ringling Brothers circus museum in Sarasota and visited some places in Tampa in one day. I would go back in a heartbeat but my sweetheart likes to keep trying new places. She, also, liked this place very much. There are so many conveniences nearby and finding organic foods was not that difficult. I really love this area of Florida and would highly recommend this resort.

I have used our timeshare at Seawatch since the 80s and have loved it every year. The people here during week 33 are wonderful! It is my family/home away from home.

Seawatch has a great location at the southern end of estero beach. The unit we rented faced the ocean with the most beautiful white sand. Everything was easy to get to, great location to stores and other activities. Seawatch is a great place for families, not a party atmosphere at all. Even though the unit is somewhat dated in its appearance, it is very clean and comfortable, even the beds! Also, the pool was very nice during our stay and was heated just right. Our family loved staying here and definitely would rent here again.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Right on the beach and close to fine dining. we will definately go back!

Older but very nice and well kept resort. We enjoyed our time there and even though our unit was to the rear of the complex we still had a very nice view of the beach. HGVC does a good job. Happy travels !!!

Great Views of Gulf of Mexico and White Sandy Beach. Loved the in-unit Washer/Dryer for drying towels and washing clothes. Pool-area Gas Grills were fun for cooking steaks and fish with tables nearby for al-fresco dining.

Relaxing pool and jacuzzi were perfect to top off a day or to begin one.

This upscale Hilton Grand Vacations Resort is the best rental on Fort Myers Beach with marina and golf 5 minutes away. Movies and shopping nearby also.

Don't miss the special seafood dinner at the Italian Fisherman nearby.
