Have loved staying here several times.. great pizza across the street. only 3-4 blocks away from everything fun and entertaining...

Location.. location..location!!!

The great hotel for people who wanna have a week and chosen sites and spend a little time in the city. I am a point owner though and through BlueGreen I have 8000 points for stays at any of their resorts.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and were extremely satisfied with the location, cleanliness of the resort, and the helpfulness of the staff. We can't wait to visit again!

In the heart of Chicago right near a lot of attractions. Public transportation nearby easy to use to get to other attractions. Room was remodeled, large and clean. Staff very friendly and always available.

The staff were great! They were friendly, helpful, and had excellent dining recommendations! The champagne and chocolate in the early evening in our room was the icing on the cake of a great stay. Our room was well sized. The hotel is located near several Red line stops which was great for getting all around the city. The biggest down side was the onsite parking was expensive. To be expected, but I'm sure there would be off-site parking cheaper somewhere near by.
