Marriott's Villas at Doral Reviews & Ratings

This is a not your normal Marriott Vacation Club; it is a small resort with very loud noises. It is in the flight path of the Miami airport, so loud jets fly over during the day and evening times. The hotel walls are the paper thin, so we could hear toilets flushing, people talking, chairs moving, footsteps, ect. But the worse problem we had was that the tree trimmers and lawn workers begin very early (7:30am) and the gas powered tools sound like they are in your living room. This happened almost every morning for a week, so if you are looking for rest and relaxation this resort would not be a good choice. But if you are an early riser and just want a place to come back to at night, this hotel would work great. The resort sits on a pretty lake with 3 beautiful water fountains that give some beautiful and much needed ambient noise. Many photos I saw of the hotel are outdated and don’t show that there are now high-rise apartment buildings around the lake. This makes it less resort like, but it is beautiful at night with the lights reflecting on the lake. There are many specialty restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance on sidewalks beside busy roads, but the Marriott offers shuttles to the local restaurant/shopping areas. Lots of construction going on at the shopping areas around the hotel and I’m sure that will be nice when they are done. There are activities for kids, like a small mini-golf course, 1 fire pit, an outdoor ping pong table, pool table & foosball table. There is 1 jacuzzi that was very well used. There is also a large pool with a great volleyball net. The resort is across the street from the Trump hotel/golf resort and the Marriott offers a shuttle to the Trump pool. We went there one day and it was a beautiful pool and not too many people there. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and the décor was nice.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making the experience truly memorable.

Location, location, location! Sits right near everything.

We loved staying there two years ago. Very good restaurants close by as well as great shopping and golf.

We loved our time in the 2 bedroom as the villa was clean, beds super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed with a large refrigerator. The kids loved the pools and we adults enjoyed the golf course. It was very easy to get to the Beach.

Excellent resort! Rooms are clean and updated. Views are good. Resort amenities are awesome. Pool and hot tub area are perfect. Pool bar and activities are always great. Staff is above and beyond. Restaurants, bars and shops in the area are fun and in abundance. Golf nearby. Can visit and use amenities of Doral Resort next door as well.

Marriott's Villas Of Doral is an excellent resort adjacent to the Trump Doral Resort where the PGA Doral Golf Tournament will be held. Our Villa is conveniently located near the Miami Airport and less than one hour from excellent Miami Beaches, including Miami's famous South Beach.

Directly across the street from Trump Doral for PGA golf tournament. Easy access to all Miami sights also.

Beautiful Resort, Quiet and in excellent location. If you love to gold this is the course to play on!

Downtown Doral is 15 min walk or the resort has a shuttle. Great lake views situated on a smaller Marriott resort with an intimate vibe. Great, friendly staff.

Beautiful and serene, yet close to the action and shops of Miami, a close drive to a lot of,places to see and do!

Excellent location across from Trump's Doral Course. Included with my rental I had access to the JW Pool. Great property!

This resort is located in Miami, 6 miles from the Kipling-Dolphin Mall, 9 miles from Miami International Airport and a short distance from South Beach.

This villa is truly a home away from home for families, couples and small groups. This two bedroom villa sleeps eight. It is air-conditioned, and offers separate spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, free WiFi, and a private furnish balcony.

There is a gym on site. Also, a beautiful outdoor pool with sun-lounger terrace and picnic/ barbecue area. At poolside you can enjoy a cuisine along with a full cocktail menu at the Deco Bar and Grill.

A MarketPlace Express convenience store is located on-site and is open 24 hours.
