The Hyatt Residences at Siesta Key is a dream vacation due to the beautiful white soft sand beach and the spacious 3 bedroom units facing the gulf front. This unit easily accommodates 6 people with great privacy for the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a ton of counter space for those who enjoy cooking and the availability of fresh fish from the local markets. It is relaxing to sit poolside or in the hot tub with a drink from the Tiki bar or to listen to the waves seaside on lounge chairs, serviced by an attentive staff. There is also a continental breakfast with good coffee, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. Sarasota has a host of wonderful restaurants for dinner at the end of the day but don't leave until you see the gorgeous sunset from your balcony.

Our favorite place to stay!, There’s nothing like it! First class room and resort accommodations. Also included is an Hyatt designated beach front with free chairs and umbrellas. Free breakfast and valet parking. The staff is attentive to your needs and friendly. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable. Numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The free trolley picks you up and brings you to siesta key village or turtle beach. The best sunsets around!

Beautiful property on siesta key. Private white quartz sand beach. Beach chair/umbrella service is great! The pool/cabanas/hot tub and tiki bar are all beachfront. Beautiful sunsets!! Lots of great restaurants close by. There is a free trolly shuttle to the village which is 5 miles away. We love the Sunday drum circle at the public beach in the village.

This is my home resort and I've owned it for over 15 years. This facility has been well manage and maintained. Property looks like new with amenities galore. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Beautiful upscale resort! One of the Best! Convenient to shops, the village of Siesta Key, restaurants, and the most fabulous white sandy beach you'll find anywhere. Staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Unit furnishings and software provided were all excellent. Has all the bells and wistles you expect from Hyatt, with lots of extras included. You just found your new best vacation spot ever!

This is an absolutely beautiful resort. The unit itself is very spacious and deluxe with upscale furnishings, appliances, bathrooms, etc. and extremely comfortable beds. The unit has full ocean views as well as a balcony to take in the incredible Siesta Key sunsets. The property manager and staff are extremely helpful and contributed to making our stay wonderful. While there is a fully equipped kitchen in the unit, a light breakfast is available everyday as well. If you've never experienced the beaches at Siesta Key, you will not be disappointed. The beaches with their white sand are rated among the best in Florida. This property and unit is a great choice for larger families or for vacationing with extended family and friends. We spend time here every year and have loved every trip!

We come every year. The amenities are fantastic - free daily breakfast, beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks, SUPs and the service is top notch. Beach location is fantastic - lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance without the crowds of the village.

We stayed at the Hyatt Siesta Key and honestly didn’t want to leave. This place is the definition of vacation done right. The units are massive — more like luxury condos than hotel rooms — with full gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas, and balconies that make it hard to justify going to the beach (almost). Everything feels high-end but still relaxed.

The beach access? Unreal. You’re literally steps from that powdery white Siesta Key sand. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are already set up, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable — think beach towels, cold water, even sunscreen if you forgot yours.

What sets it apart is the quiet, residential feel. It’s not a party resort or a hotel with a lot of foot traffic. It’s peaceful, clean, and perfect for families or couples who want to relax without sacrificing amenities.

Pool area is great, especially for sunset cocktails. And the staff? Friendly, attentive, but never overbearing.

Only downside? It books up fast and isn’t cheap — but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Highly recommend for a luxury beach vacation without the chaos of a big resort.

This is a fabulous resort, the only one of its kind on Siesta Key. Great location just over the bridge from the mainland so very close to many restaurants and bars. Seat three bedroom plus den with large balconies overlooking the ocean.

The Hyatt on siesta key is a beautiful, wonderful place to take a family vacation, the white sandy beaches is so beautiful at sunset, you were right next to some wonderful restaurants in some very nice Pubs . The Hyatt Residence Club Siesta Key is truly heavenly. Luxurious large living spaces, three bedrooms, three baths, gourmet kitchen, deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous sunsets. Free housekeeping services, free breakfast, free parking. Beach assistants to set up beach chairs and open your umbrellas. Enjoy pure relaxation in unapparelled luxury. You will not want to go home!

Best stay always. Amazing resort on the Gulf! Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and shelling. Units have three spacious bedrooms and baths. Amenities include a scrumptious continental breakfast.

This is the most luxurious places we have stayed, and is in an excellent location, right on the beach at Siesta Key Beach. The resort has parking, complimentary breakfast, and private beach seating.

We have been coming here since it opened. We can't believe it is accessible through a timeshare network. The Hyatt brand is superb.
