This resort is for people who want to explore the Italian Tuscany countryside, and also see the cosmopolitan city of Florence. A car is necessary, and is also a pleasure because all the little medieval towns that are an easy day trip from here are stunning! Plus two wineries within walking distance and you have a whole week's worth of culture, food, and exploring wrapped up with the comforts of home at the end of the day.

Great location!! Take a day trip to Pisa (Tower) and rent e-bikes for a trip out to the coast, to Cinque Terre for a day of hiking, to San Gimignano for a Vespa tour and Wine Tasting and to Caliderio Terme Etrusche for a Spa Day. Take an afternoon walk to Podere La Chiesa for a wonderful ine tasting. The restaurant in town was marvelous!! Great and relaxing location; Borgo Alle Vigne, we loved it!! Can't wait to go back!!
