ULTRA 5-DIAMOND GARZA BLANCA RESORT & SPA. On the water, with multiple pools, 6 restaurants, carousel, the spa is fabulous and offer massages, hydrotherapy pools, saunas and steam rooms. Many free activities each day. High quality bedding, towels, soaps, conditioners, shampoo and much more.

We just returned from an expensive stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta and were prevented from leaving over a $50 disputed minibar charges while our transportation was already late. Garza instructed our driver to remove our luggage from his vehicle. Despite it being the wrong thing to do, I signed the receipt and due to this delay we almost mist our flight. Very disappointing way to treat guests. On a separate note, the resort is not particularly kid-friendly. Water sports and hot tubs are restricted to guests 14 and older. We were not allowed to take a paddle board out with our 7-year-old. The kids club itself is very nice, and the staff there were wonderful — but overall, families with younger children should be aware of the limitations.

Very beautiful resort and perfect for small children, my daughter enjoyed a lot, now we are exploring international resorts, and don’t have much use for this resort anymore.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY LUXURY AT ITS BEST We first fell in love with this resort when we booked a 2-BR Oceanfront unit through Redweek. We heard the ocean waves as we walked through the door to our unit and saw dolphins and whales in Banderas Bay from our deck. These units are a short walk to two family-friendly pools, one being more adult oriented. The service is excellent on every level. We love having the option to go all-inclusive on a day-to-day basis, alternating with cooking simple meals in the units full kitchen on some days. The full service spa is exquisite and the restaurants offer many options of cuisine. The concierge are helpful with booking any offsite excursions in the local area in addition to onsite hiking or fitness options. In addition to all of these amenities, the lush beauty of Puerto Vallarta makes this location a favorite for our family.

We love Garza so much that we go at least once per year. All of the locations are beautiful and each has its own personality and details that make it special. The food and service are always top-notch!

Away from the hustle of downtown and resort areas but only 10 minutes cab ride to downtown Melecan area. 4 restaurants on-site

We love Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views, excellent food, multiple restaurants, dreamy mattresses, unbelievable service and more. We also like going in to the romantic zona and trying new restaurants in town. its a quick taxi ride in (and very safe).

We absolutely love this resort and have had a 5 star experience each time we visited. We now have kids in competitive sports and less time to travel. This resort has absolutely everything on site, including multiple delicious restaurants, beautiful views from any room, and lots of activities to choose from. The stand-out of this resort is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Will miss visiting.

Amazing resort with gorgeous views. Fun variety of ocean one direction and mountain the other. Staff and service go above and beyond making your vacation perfect. Good variety of restaurants with exceptional service. We keep coming back and love it more each visit.

This one bedroom beach suite is fully equipped with full size kitchen and dining area for 4. The washer and dryer in suite is a handy feature. The king size bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a whirl pool tub, double sink, separate shower. A sofa bed in living room is provided for extra guests. The private terrace offers stunning ocean views. The suite is huge at 1545 sq. ft. Max occupancy is 4. This is a luxurious suite on a lush 85 acre tropical jungle and beach .

Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta is truly an exquisite location. The views of the mountains and the sunsets over the ocean were unbelievably beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and the property is well maintained. I felt like I always had space because it wasn't over crowded. The wellness spa is was incredibly rejuvenating and relaxing with its has hydro therapy system that you can use before you receive a massage. You can choose all inclusive when you arrive which enhance your experience by having food and drinks where ever you are.

There is no more beautiful location in Puerto Vallarta. This is a top notch resort. Fabulous, over-the-top service, excellent food, amazing spa!

Most amazing resort we have ever stayed at!! Absolutely perfect for families, couples or groups. We didn't leave the resort once as we spent every day at the pool s and beach enjoying the all inclusive cocktails!! The staff were the friendliest we have experienced.
