Units are older with fair furnishings. It's really 2 star accommodations, but the location bumps it up one star. There are no amenities other than a spa. Basically, you're getting a room. The kitchen is well-appointed with silverware, dishes, refrig, stove, etc. The bed has an older mattress-- not super comfortable, not totally uncomfortable. Parking is a problem. The only place to park is on the street. If you move your car mid-day, you might have a real challenge finding a place to park. Sunset is a tough time to find parking too. (and I was there in February... I can only imagine how impacted the parking is during summer.)

This lovely unit is on the second floor and offers a direct ocean view.. It doesn't get much better than this. The property is located right across the street from the ocean. It is a short walk to town to enjoy restaurants, art galleries and shops.

Unique LaJolla timeshare. Walk across the street to the beach, no other buildings in the way. Walk a block south to Whispering Sands beach a beautiful stretch of sand beach and blue water. Walk a few blocks north to Children's Beach, the famous LaJolla cove. Down town LaJolla shops, restaurants and the LaJolla art Museum are close by. This is a quiet, no pets and non smoking facility.

Great location! Fun to watch the frequent surfers and the beautiful ocean. Tide pools are amazing.

We have enjoyed this unique timeshare for almost 40 years. It has always been our respite from Arizona Summers. Its main attraction is the quiet beach across the street. Sometimes we get to hear the waves crashing. We also love being able to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants in La Jolla Village. The maintenance fees are very reasonable, and it is well managed.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Ocean Front La Jolla! Steps to to the beach, ocean view rooms, July and August booking, million dollar neighborhood, reasonable price, 2 weeks available. What else is there?

Was very noisy, do not take a downstairs unit, you hear everything from above. Mobile phones do not work inside. People talk on phones out loud outside Sunday around 8 am. Very annoying. You hear the person snore next door since Murphy beds are on same wall. Did not like management either, rude. Left a day early.

Lovely. All with ocean views. sunsets are sensational. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This resort is in a great location. Across the street from the beach. Conveniently close to the village of La Jolla with all of its shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished. No activities, but very close to San Diego which has lots of thing to see and do.

Only complaint I have is that the wireless internet was down the whole week we were there.
