Not only LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! applies here, but this resort has gone thru an amazing multimillion-dollar renovation in and out in the last few years. Only two blocks walking distance to the strip and facing the new HIGH ROLLER observation wheel at The LINQ Hotel & Casino which features glass-enclosed cabins with views of The Strip, and next door, within walking distance, you'll find the newly built MSG SPHERE for ultimate entertainment. Outside, the facilities are easily accessible and there are several large pools (4 or 5 of late), a great restaurant, gym, and other amenities to please everyone no matter their age. My wife and I love coming to this resort every year since we've owned it and find it better each time we come. Also, we find the same great help and service time after time. Highly recommended!

We love it here! If you want to see Vegas and have a quite place to relax off the strip this is great place. You can walk to the strip in 10 minutes, so you don't need a vehicle. Has pools and a restaurant with great food.

We have personally stayed at this resort several times and it is very nice. If you are interested in the NFL Draft this stay will put you right where the action is. No ride shares to the main stage. You will actually be closer than where a ride share would drop you off.

I was not familiar with the old Las Vegas Desert Club timeshares and understand that they were dated and not comparable to some of the newer ones available near the Vegas Strip. Additionally, during my visit, they had not completed all construction on the new location, however, we did stay in one of the new buildings.

To put it simply, Summer Bay Resorts Las Vegas Desert Club is NOT your parents' timeshare.

New furniture, new carpeting, 47" televisions, and less than a 1/2 mile walk to the strip (on cross street of Tropicana) made this property wonderful. The staff were very helpful (and would likely be even more responsive after construction was finished) and the rooms were wonderfully well kept. We had one punch-list item (one of the bathroom towel bars had not been installed), and we let them know and they showed up right away (within a few minutes), installed the bar, cleaned up, and left after a total of 10 minutes.

While I don't spend a ton of time in my room when visiting Vegas, the time that I DID spend was more luxurious than my own home. Summer Bay Resorts Las Vegas Desert Club is now the ONLY place that I stay when I visit.

Great location, only 5 minutes from Caesars Palace for concerts. Awesome pools.

Great place to stay a block behind the strip. No hassle of waiting in long lines for check-in or overcrowded pools.

Great location off the strip, next to Las Vegas Convention Center and the Link. Nice place to relax without the noise of the casino slot machines.

Excellent location. Minutes from the Sphere and a short walk from the strip. Signature Collection features high end furnishing and appliances. Free parking close to the room.
