Recently purchased a week at the Banyan prior to visiting and looking first. We just returned from that week. Almost everything went well, nice quiet small place that's clean. Location is the best part of this resort as it's close to most activities and the nightlife. Parking is an issue, not only very limited but they also charge 12 - 20 per day, best to fly in and taxi over, no need for a car. The office staff was very nice and helpful. My issue was checking out when we were loading up at 10 AM, had about 5 min left and were screamed at by one of the male staff members to get out as someone was needing the room right away even though check-in is not till 4 PM. Very rude! Also, as we were leaving the parking lot another staff member had the drive blocked and when I asked him if he could move so I could get out he was very rude as well but I refuse to let a couple rude people ruin my opinion of this resort.

We love The Banyan Resort. It is a wonderful location, right in old downtown Key West a block off of Duval St, but located in a quiet location. So convenient, walking distance to everything. Bike rentals on site makes biking around town so easy. It is such a great resort.

I've had this timeshare 35 years. We can't make it every year. It's a great location, very close to the action, but not on the main streets, so is quiet on site.

Only age and distance (we are in France) makes us give up our Banyan time share. We love the friendliness and casual atmosphere, plus the ability to walk to restaurants and entertainment, especially the fabulous Tropic Cinema across the street!

The Banyan is the best location to Duval St. One block off Duval and easy walking distance to everything in Key Wes. Unit 405 is a third floor unit with a huge deck and very private from the rest of the resort.

Location, location, location !! Just steps from Duval St in historical Old Town, this resort has everything you need for fun and relaxing in historic Key West. With so much to see and do in Key West, your are sure to see it all with this location being close to EVERYTHING the best of Key West has to offer…Mallory Sq, Sloppy Joe’s, Captain Tony’s, Mel Fisher Museum, Ernest Hemingway House, The Little White House, Ft Zachary Taylor beach and park, The lighthouse, and so much more just steps away from the unit ! You won’t need a car, but there is parking on site for and additional charge. This unit is the largest in the complex with almost 1000sq ft of living space, plus a private balcony overlooking the gardens on Whitehead St. This unit in located in the historic Locke House, on the National Register of Historic Places. Check in at 3 pm, Check out is at 11 am.

Centrally located within old town. Duval street is a block over. Free Duval Loop bus pick up is just steps away. Unit balcony overlooking the adult pool, tiki bar and courtyard area. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and full kitchen area with a dining table. On sight parking, two pools (family pool and separate adult only pool), hot tub and tiki bar service. Self service washer and dryer available for tenant use. Outdoor grills available for tenant use.

We come down from iowa the staff is allways helpful the resort is in very good condition after Erma tore up the keys we have a lot of frIends new and old people are great you can leave your phone on the table and it will be there when you come back over all I will be back next Christmas and the manager is doing a good job

This small well mantained resort is located in the center of old town and everything or anything a person needs. The grounds are in excellent condition. The staff are all nice and very helpful. See Kevin if you need anything. We bought our second week there after our first stay. A can't miss resort.

Fabulous! Clean! Charming! It's located in the heart of Key West! The tropical 'feel' within the resort is like paradise! The Banyan Resort is one of the best in the Keys! For more space, opt for the one bed over the studio units. Enjoy the Tiki Bar!

Not your run-of-the-mill timeshare. Most units are in nicely restored Conch houses, with attractive gardens and pools. Located in Old Town, you won't need a car.

Beautiful grounds, right in Old Town, walking distance to everything. Bicycle rentals for touring the island. Great staff and accomodations. Nice Tiki bar between the 2 pools and hot tub.
