There are no recent reviews on here. The resort has evolved and improved greatly over the years. Although the resort has transitioned recently to an all inclusive for its other buildings, the Chelsea building is still timeshares and is oceanfront with fabulous views and fitted condos. Timeshare owners/users have use of all facilities. If they wish they can opt in to the meal plan AI but in my opinion, the timeshare accommodations are a great buy (compare other rates)and there are lots of wonderful restaurants to savour around the island and you do have a kitchen. Fabulous beach section on Grace Bay.

Newly refurbished units overlooking Grace Bay, rated the #1 beach in the world by Conde Nast. There is an option all - inclusive but we prefer to go to local restaurants and try different cuisine.

I have vacationed here and eventually purchased a penthouse 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with the best oceanfront view on the beach! We have loved it here for many years and will continue to enjoy it. We recently traveled during this Covid period and loved the quietness and pristine beauty of this gorgeous beach. It was like being on a private island! There is no crystal water in the Caribbean that can compare to Grace Bay and I have been to nearly every island. It is paradise.

Great beachfront resort with many great amenities and restaurants. Our pricing does not include the all inclusive which is optional and can be purchased from the resort if desired. This also provides the option to go to the Blue Haven sister resort to use their restaurants and amenities.

The Alexandra Resort is located directly on Grace Bay Beach which is always rated one of the top beaches in the world The resort is beautiful with several restaurants and a very friendly helpful staff

Bob & Diane from Kansas City, Missouri, USA We have been to so many islands now that we've lost track. We've stayed at almost every five- star resort in Hawaii, all over the Caribbean and Mexico but we've been the most impressed with the Alexandra Resort in the Turks and Caicos.

We originally stayed at the Grace Bay Club, but we weren't completely satisfied with it (too expensive for the mediocre service and food). So, we took a walk down the beach and looked around at the Alexandra and completely fell in love with the place. So much so, that we did something we said we would never do and that is - we bought a timeshare there for the whole month of January. For us, this is the perfect place. We don't need to look any further.

It has the most perfect beach we have ever seen, lovely ocean front suites, fantastic pool, great food and the nicest and most helpful people that work here.

We just can't say enough good things about this place and we are counting the days until we can go back.

We love it here so much, that we now own weeks "1 through 10". But we will be offering weeks 9 & 10 for rent until they are sold.

Please check out the reviews left by others on "Wheretostay.com". We left this same review on that web site in "January 2004", right after our first stay at the Alexandra. Way before we had any units for sale or rent.

We have two timeshare units and this year we are renting our second unit. We have been coming to the Alexandra Resort every year for 15 years. From the moment we arrive we are still blown away by the beauty, hospitality and tranquility this gem has to offer. The Alexandra is on a stunning stretch of Grace Bay and the water is a breathtaking shade of turquoise and the sand feels like powder. Not to mention the amazing sunsets every night. The food and drinks are great and there are multiple dining options. Being a timeshare owner we have the option of all inclusive or not. However, for the past 3 years we have been taking advantage of all inclusive. There also is an abundance of activities. We can't wait to return in January 2026!

We are in the process of buying a timeshare at this property so I am putting my money where my review is so to speak. I am not a big fan of timeshares, but this property is beautiful, great beach and the rooms are VERY CLEAN, I like the layout of the two bedroom units, they have washer/dryer in them. Timeshare building is beachfront, Great Bar and Restaurant, nice staff, low key yes but great low key... New owners are already executing renovation plans where needed. Highly Recommend ! and I am picky.. Only reason they don't get the full stars yet is waiting for completion of renovations and the new restaurant both of which are due to be done this fall 2016.

Just returned. Had beautiful weather and the place was in excelent shape. The view from the 3rd floor was wonderful and the island is quiet and lovely. The roads need some improvement though. Many nice restaurants nearby but a car, though not needed is a definite plus. Not a place if you are looking for wild nightlife. The advertised casino is closed. Not an island for singles, but wonderful for two.

Supreme location right on the absolutely beautiful and tranquil Grace Bay Beach. Impeccable views and sunsets! Bright, Clean, nicely appointed, mid luxury rooms at this family friendly fun resort. Good food and drinks on site and plentiful options from gourmet to basic, local to international and eclectic nearby. Familiar and friendly staff complete this wonderful vacation.
