I have been coming to this resort for the past 30+ years and love it! They are always improving the facilities, replacing mattresses and couches so people can be comfortable.

And the staff is very friendly and helpful! A no-brainer if you want a great vacation whether you come alone, with another person or as a family! :)

Have been coming every year since my kids were toddlers. Love the family feel, the amenities, the friendly service, and most importantly, the location. Fantastic proximity to both ocean and bay beaches, quaint towns, great restaurants, and much more!

We have been owners here for 14+ years and love our time at Brewster Green. The Brewster beaches are phenomenal, and you can walk out for almost a mile at low tide. It is also a short drive to the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore (our favorite is Marconi).

What sets Brewster Green apart from a standard cottage rental on the Cape are the outstanding facilities at BG, with an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tetherball and tennis.

We have owned a unit here for over 20 yrs and love going to the Cape. It is close to the bay and to the ocean and several breweries. Not using it this yr because we have a wedding that week

This is a wonderful Cape Cod resort. It is located between Brewster and Orleans next to Nickerson State Park. It has great family amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor spa, sauna, playground, tennis/pickleball court, raquetball court, bicycles for rent, a playroom, and a very helpful front desk. The complete kitchen, comfortable living room with cable, and back patio with barbecue grill make it a very easy way to spend your week at the Cape. Don't pass this one by, you'll regret it if you do!

Brewster Green is a lovely resort. The location is perfect. The town of Brewster has many shops and restaurants. You are in a part of the Cape that allows you to access the beautiful beaches of the National Seashore along with the quieter beaches of the bay!

The condos are well appointed, the bedding very comfortable, lots of room to hang out, cook, bike, etc... A great place to make memories.

I've been staying here for 25 years and this is the first time we can't make it due to a conflict. The location in wonderful with beaches and restaurants' close by. We'll still be going in July, but with have to miss this late summer week this year, but YOU will get to enjoy it!

This resort is located in an excellent spot on the cape, accessible to many attractions . It is clean, spacious and well kept. It is managed very well and always has friendly, helpful customer service.

We have vacationed at Brewster Green on Cape Cod for 20 years. It is our "second" home. We have entertained many members of our family there. The staff is great. They provide us with the extras we need... larger pots, extra-large tables for entertaining, etc.

Have returned with grandchildren several times! A true family resort.

Brewster Green is a gem! Exchanged in for the 2nd week in December, and practically had the spacious place to ourselves. Staff moved us to a unit closer to the clubhouse when they realized I had a broken foot but was planning to use the pool. Very helpful meeting on nearby places, and mention of units for sale, but NO time wasted on resales. Actually there are not many units available which indicates how well this resort is managed. Clean and not a thing needing maintenance!!!! Large 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen larger than many folks have at home!

December in Brewster is uncrowded, but active: neat shops in Orleans are open, but not all the junk tourist spots! No beach passes needed, etc. We will be back!

The resort is constantly making improvements such as recently renovating the indoor and outdoor pool areas, replacing roofs, painting the exteriors and updating interior furniture. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly and the grounds are always kept clean.

Great vacation living on Cape Cod, Town of Brewster, Brewster Green Resort, Units completely furnished and serviced with all great amenities in and out. Just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, Brewster Beach and more.

We visited every timeshare on the Cape, in the end we bought three weeks at Brewster Green because it met our needs to visit the Cape every year. The staff is excellent and central location allowed us to visit all of the Cape as well as Boston.

Wonderfully located. Spacious unit. You will need a car to get just about anywhere.

However, our friends rode bikes all the way to chatham, and there are hiking trails close by. There is much to do in cape Cod. But mostly, if you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, you have certainly found your destination. Grab a good book and head for the beach. Perfect plae to stay as you explore all the Cape has to offer.

Day trips to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and Boston are quite dooable from this location. I did not give it 5 stars becasue it was not on the beach. Only negative: they should provide beach towels.

Recently recommended to family member and a party of 30 from NY and PA going to a wedding in Chatham. They were all very impressed with the facility, staff and ability to get around so easily to all points east and west using either 6A or 6 so conveniently. They also appreciated staff assisting in arranging for bus for group at a small fee so they did not have to return on their own after partying and in the late hours. The group also appreciated that they could spread out several families and couples but in close proximity to each other within the same area of the resort. Many compliments to staff and management of units to make it a special weekend over Memorial Day. They will be back!!!

Excellant for kids indoor and outdoor pool, shuffle board, planned worshops for them and a play area with swings etc... They can ride their bikes around the grounds. Not far from Cape Cod bike path.The units have been refurbushed this year. The staff is very helpful. There was something for all members of the family

Great ammenities,with the pools, hot tub, tennis, racketball, the kids were happy to hang at home all day,alsoso much to do, close to fresh and salt beaches, state park, shopping, and dining. Friendly staff, nice clean resort, and the "d" style unit has PLENTY of room for everyone, inside and out.
