The unit we occupied was quite nice The unit was on Cliff Avenue, overlooking the water. I think any unit on Cliff Avenue would be delightful. Views are lovely and units on Cliff Avenue are across the street from a very well maintained park and several beaches. The location is great. These timeshares are older, but were clean and well maintained.......and with the location and views, we were happy campers. Many units, however were in the back and had no views. Some were on Coast Highway #1 and I suspect were noisy.

Crystal Cove Beach is North by about 3 miles on Coast highway #1. If you are seniors be sure to go to the Visitor's Center near the school on the left hand side of Coast Highway 1 before going onto the beach during off season months as they will issue a pass to the 3.5 miles of pristine beach for $3.50 for the entire off season. Otherwise it is $9.00 a day for seniors, $10.00 for youngsters per day. Still a bargain. The beach is so lovely! etanneh

A jewel right on Cliff drive directly across from the beautiful Heisler Park. Walk to the tide pools, parking on site, laundry available, walk to restaurants, museum, art galleries and downtown. Heated pool, spa, fresh popcorn at 4:00 p.m. every day, pleasant friendly staff, grounds are beautiful, BBQ's available. Stay here and you'll definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful Laguna Beach location that is close walking distance to everything Laguna has to offer or take the free trolly to explore the town.

RCI Gold Crown Resort. Laguna Shores is nestled atop ocean front cliffs in the heart of affluent Laguna Beach. With sweeping Pacific Ocean views charming courtyards, private gardens and ideal location amongst art museums and historic dining. This report is a Southern California jewel. Laguna Beach's vast treasures are within walking distance from the resort along Pacific Coast Highway. Area activities include swimming, golf, cycling, hiking, kayaking, shopping, boating, spas, art exhibits, ie the very popular Pageant of the Masters.

Excellent location right across from the beach and beautiful Heisler Park and walking distance to town and restaurants.Many units have beautiful ocean views and patios. This is an older resort but most units are updated and have comfortable beds with full kitchens! Go to the beach in the morning and sit by the pool in the afternoon! Laguna is a breathtakingly beautiful artsy community!

I just got back from staying at this resort, it has been totally remodeled and is beautiful. It is just across the street from the ocean cliffs where there is protected wildlife and parks with outlooks and stairs to go down to the beach, 5 minute walk to main beach and just across the street from Gallery Row and The Las Brisas and the Cottage Restaurant are one block south, just a short walk away. Leave your car and walk to everything, galleries, restaurants and main beach. We had a balcony deck with a nice view of the beach, no guarantee on the unit location since it is assigned at check in, however its still just across the street and your at the beach.

This resort has just undergone an extensive update and remodel. Location Location, walk to village , with many great restaurants, art galleries. Resort has large TV available in salon,a room to get popcorn, coffee and meet. Short drive to Newport Coast, Disneyland, and major shopping. For a view get a second story unit, the sunsets are incredible.

Laguna is primo vacation spot with fabulous cliffs over fabulous beaches, superb dining, world-class arts & theatre. Laguna Shores is along beautiful cliffside park. Our unit was small & no view, so don't spend a lot of time inside.
