Stayed here several times. The updated rooms are nice, but the are a little small by timeshare standards. The 2 bedroom lockout is actually a 1 bedroom and a studio, with each having its own entrance with a shared foyer. Take this into account if you have children. If they close the door on the studio, they will need a key to get in. Great location, grocery store, shopping, beach, skiing, boat rentals, etc., all within a mile or 2. Year round pool which is also great. Outdoor fire pits for roasting marshmallows. Overall, a really good place to stay and explore Lake Tahoe!

Stayed here in July 2019 and our room was broke into and they stole at least $3000 worth of stuff. I think it was the cleaning staff as the break in was on our cleaning day. The management didn’t care. Do not stay here!

Beautiful ski resort Perfect for the holidays!!

Stayed here in summer. Check-in easy, staff friendly and helpful. Resort is beautiful, very short walk to lake, facilities clean and top-notch. Great pool area, bicycles available, fun activities. Our 2 bedrrom unit was EXCELLENT-clean, well maintained, beds comfortable and lay out great! King in master (and jacuzzi tub) and two doubles in second bedrrom. Kitchen well stocked-enough pots, pans, silverware for our family of 5. Didn't use outdoor BBQ area. Restaurant good-very convenient-esp with kids. Overall, 5 star vacation resort-will definately go back! Only thing that could have been better would be a lake view unit. Looks like it would be a great place to stay in the fall or winter also.

We have stayed at this resort many times and found all rating areas outstanding. This resort has recently completed up to date renovations. Very nice!

Prime location • It’s very close to many restaurants,shops (including Whole Foods / Safeway nearby) and just a short walk or drive to the lakefront. • right on the water • Access to the state line casinos (Nevada side) is convenient, making it a solid choice for combining lake + nightlife/gaming. • Good ski/resort region: down the street from Heavenly

Our family stays at the Hilton every year. We love the views of the lake and the spaciousness of the rooms. It’s close to restaurants and heavenly ski resort.

The location is amazing! You can walk to the water sports options and to the 4th of July fireworks. There are also several eateries within walking distance and a grocery store. It's a quick drive or UBER to the casinos.

This lovely resort is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe near the Heavenly Valley Gondola, Casinos, Boutique Shopping, and Restaurants that will suit all tastes and budgets. Great for a short getaway or for a liesurely vacation!

Great Location!!!!!!!!!!!! Very comfortable! Right on the lake with a great beach. Great restaurant in hotel and others in walking distance. Studio kitchenette fully stocked. Pool is wonderful with both outside and indoor area.

This resort is GREAT. It is located on the lake next to the marina, shops, restaurants. Just a short walk to downtown.

Love this resort! Great for ski season plus great for summer. One mile from the California Lodge. Catch the shuttle across the street to the slopes. Summer is awesome with beach right there or enjoy time by the pool with beautiful views. Rooms are super comfortable and kitchens fully stocked. Love the jacuzzis, sauna, fitness center and game room. Restaurant on premises is very good, plus walkable to lots of restaurants. Gondola and Heavenly Village and casinos are one mile away. Great location! Great resort!

As owners, we love this beautifully landscaped resort. There is something to do for everyone from relaxing at the pool or participating in the resort's activities for kids and adults. The resort is lakeside and just a 5 minute walk to the shore where you can sit at the beach or rent jet skis or boats. Bike rentals are located nearby and the paths are beautiful and a great way to see Tahoe. The resort has a delicious restaurant and a friendly sociable bar with lots of TV screens. Adjacent to the resort is an ice cream shop, gift shops and more great restaurants.

This is a beautiful Lake Tahoe location! It is convenient to everything. The resort is gorgeous and comfortable. We have enjoyed all of our stays there.
