Villa del Palmar Cancun is a family-friendly beachfront resort that offers luxury suites (all-inclusive or room only) with contemporary décor and a fresh and vibrant feel. There are four restaurants and a good dining buffet serving Mexican and international dishes as well as two appetizing snack bars and three appointed cocktail bars. For kids, there are Aqua Park and FREE Kids club. For adults, there are 5 outdoor heated swimming pools with Jacuzzis and a spa (costs extra). Great location, service, and amenities!

Beautiful resort. We loved our stay at VDP Cancun. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Staff is very attentive and ready to assist. We will definitely be back.

During our stay at neighboring property, Garza Blanca Cancun, we had the opportunity to dine at several Villa Del Palmar restaurants as well as visit the property. We enjoyed the amenities, pristine location and wonderful food and hospitality

We always stay at the Villas Group hotels and have never been disappointed. We just revisited Cancun for the 3rd time and cannot say enough great things about the hotel, staff and food. Our two young children love the kids club and all the activities around the resort! Meal plan is great when you have kids and food impeccable! My daughter and I also had treatments at the spa. It was beautiful and massages were awesome.

Luxury rental, beautiful beachfront. All inclusive food and drinks are great. Staff is courteous and always willing to help. Rooms and entire hotel is very clean. Has a wonderful spa is you want a massage or pedicure. Great place for kids, family, adults, anyone would have fun here.

This is a very well-maintained resort. The pools are spectacular and the grounds are impeccable. The beach is expansive and includes a floating obstacle course that is fun for both kids and adults! There are several restaurant options on the resort, including an amazing breakfast buffet. Our family has enjoyed this resort for many years!

We've stayed there numerous times and find the amenities and facilities to be top rate and the resort staff always provides gracious service.

My husband and I have stayed at Villa del Palmar three times. The entire resort is beautiful, the food at every restaurant is incredible, the spa is wonderful, the view is exactly what a vacation should look like, there’s a ferry that goes directly from the resort to Isla Mujeres. Last, but not least, the staff is very friendly and their service is excellent! I could go on and on!

Staff is incredible! I can't rave more about how friendly and helpful they were during our stay. The resort is clean, beautifully maintained and the rooms are huge! Loved the evening entertainment, especially the authentic Mexican show. We can't wait to visit again.

The resort staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. We love the Village Spa at this location which is set up for couples to be together throughout the full experience. The huts and setup provide a feeling of being in the Mexican jungle. Even though it is in the middle of the resort it provides a nice feeling of seclusion from the rest of the resort activities. The beach is beautiful.

Incredibly comfortable resort outside of hustle and bustle of Quintana Roo, witjin walking distance to Isla de Mujeres slow local ferry. No peddlers on the beach and convenient shuttle to the shopping center(s) in Cancun.

The resort is just a little over 16 miles from the airport. All units boast stunning sea views or luscious garden landscape views, this luxurious Two Bedroom Suite offers the height of elegant tranquility and spacious comfort. With three full bathrooms, a fitted kitchen furnished in rich hardwoods, granite countertops and state –of-the-art stainless steel appliances, this incredible unit provides all the home away from home practicalities as well as creature comforts like large flat screen TV and entertainment center. Everything you need to cook and serve gourmet meals are in the suite. There is a Costco, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, Mega & Soriana Grocery Store in downtown Cancun, About 7 ½ miles away. An All-Inclusive Meal Plan is available for purchase (3 Day Minimum) BUT is Not Mandatory. Check time is 4:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am There is WIFI in the suite for a FEE. A credit Card is needed for Check-In. Resort is asking about double the listed price for this time frame. I am unable to go this year, so I am renting my Suite. My loss could be your gain. This is MY Holiday Timeshare. I own it outright. It is paid for in full and the maintenance fee for this reservation is paid in full. This is Very important as the reservation could be canceled for missing payments on either the Timeshare or Maintenance fee. Enjoyed the resort while vacationing with multiple families. We enjoyed the all-inclusive option, but also found it convenient to go to town to enjoy local restaurants and shops. The staff were all super accommodating. We will definitely return.

This is a beautiful resort on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Cancun. The resort has been recently renovated and everything looks fresh, clean, and modern. There are 5 great restaurants on the property and a world class spa. The staff is extremely friendly with excellent service. A wonderful place to bring your family with fun for all no matter what your age.
