Location, location, location! Disney's Boardwalk Villas is one of Walt Disney World's deluxe resorts. Located near Epcot, BWV is walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

My family and I (husband and three children) recently stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for a week at the Boardwalk. This is our second Disney trip...the first we stayed in the Fort Wilderness Cabins. This resort blows that one out of the water. There are so many positive things to note about this resort.

1. Location- 5-10 min. walk to Epcot, short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. Beach and Yacht Club are within short walking distance. You can also walk to the Swan and Dolphin, and could actually walk to Hollywood Studios. If you are staying in the DVC wing, you can go out the back to make this walk shorter.

2. Restaurants/Food- There are so many restaurants and eateries within walking distance. You have access to the restaurants at the Boardwalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club, as well as those at the Swan and Dolphin and also within Epcot if you are going to that park that day. (and Hollywood Studios restaurants are just a boat ride away) Also, there is a bakery on the boardwalk for yummy snacks or breakfast, a candy store, and numerous snack stands for late night (or anytime!) treats. The ESPN club is also on the Boardwalk, and, although this restaurant is on the Disney dining plan, you do not need advanced reservations! So nice!

3. Resort Amenities- The service is wonderful. Very attentive cast members at all locations. The two bedroom unit was well stocked in the kitchen and also very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable...even the pull-out couch which I slept on one night with my son who had a bad dream. The pool is so much fun with the large slide! Very kid friendly!

4. Shopping- There are shops within the resort itself and also along the boardwalk. The one along the boardwalk is very large and has a large selection of Disney merchandise, but the nice thing is that it has a small grocery section. You can even buy a bottle of wine here.

5. Extras- Artists doing caricatures along the Boardwalk, movies every night out by the pool, games for the children organized and planned out all day, full gym if you want to work out, etc.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. I have wanted to stay at other Disney resorts, but now I am not sure if I will ever plan anything but the Boardwalk.

Great location that is walking distance to both Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Boat transportation to both also available. Wonderful ambience.

Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is definitely one of Disney’s best deluxe villas!! Guests will have complimentary transportation to and from all Disney theme parks. Guests may also enjoy wonderful Disney Boardwalk restaurants and resort amenities throughout their stay. There is much to experience for adults and children!!

Property wonderfully situations between Epcot & Studios - walkable in either direction. Night time with the family is always great on the Boardwalk; there's entertainment for all ages. We have been going here since 1999... taking a break this year. Enjoy!!!!

Boardwalk during the food and wine festival ( aug - Nov) is so convenient. It’s literally a short walk to Epcot. So many great places to eat. Within walking distance of Disney beach club and the swan and dolphin resorts. The room is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a small fridge as well as plates, cups, and silverware, making it easy to eat breakfast or lunch in the room. The pool has a great slide. The rooms are so big and welcoming.

Beautiful 2-bedroom resort! Walking distance to 2 parks! Very clean and the location cannot be beat! I just love being in the heart of Disney with the comforts of having so much space for extended family!

The Boardwalk resort is ideally located between Hollywood Studios and Epcot, within easy walking distance of each park as well as Disney boat service

If you want to enjoy a resort with DIRECT access to EPCOT, this is the best resort. One of the original PREMIER Disney Vacation Club resorts. Makes visiting EPCOT the best with Top Level Service and Accommodations.

We've stayed at the Board Walk Resort and absolutely LOVE IT! It is one of our favorite resorts because of the activities in and around the boardwalk, access walking to Epoc as well as transportation. A Surrey ride, magicians and puppetry entertainment, food vendors, and the restuarant choices in and around the boardwalk it self. The accomodations at the resort are perfect for a private weekend get away, generational family / friend celebrations - we enjoyed our kids, grandparents and each other. <More than magical.

Highly desired place to stay at Disney! Walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios! Perfect for families!

Wonderful resort in so many ways. The newly decorated rooms are beautiful and the location is uniquely in the best possible location to visit both EPCOT & Hollywood Studios. Great place to vacation anytime, but summer time is ideal for the most enjoyment for all. The one bedroom accommodations are perfect for saving money on cooking some of your breakfast and dinners if you choose.

The perfect location for doing all things Disney. Walk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Boat and Gondola service is also a short walk away.

Wonderful resort! Stayed here over Christmas thanks to Redweek. My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time. We stayed in an updated room which kept that beautiful charm of the turn of the century era but has all the modern conveniences you could want. We loved watching the fireworks each night from Magic Kingdom on the bridge and enjoyed taking a stroll along the boardwalk. This is an amazing deluxe resort :)

Fantastic location with easy access to all of the parks via Disney transportation. Boardwalk provides excellent evening entertainment without having to go into the parks. Pool is wonderful and large.

Great location ..easy commute to Epcot, Hollywood studios..Enjoy the walk to the parks or take the Friendship boats and Skyliner gondola ride. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort or take a short stroll to Epcot to enjoy the Flower and Garden Festival with its many tasting spots !

Boardwalk is the gem of the Disney Resorts. You never have to leave the area.
