Palm Desert Villas I is the largest two bedroom unit of any Marriott property. All units back up to golf course. Best concierge service anywhere.

We have been owners for 24 years and LOVE this place! It's has something for all ages. Villa's 1 are so much larger than Villa's 2 and we can't live without the extra room for our family. Great amenities on the property and nearby too. The management does a good job updating the Villa's as needed. They are beautiful and comfortable.

One of Marriott's premier vacation rentals nestled in the beautiful Coachella Valley and surrounded by the Santa Rosa mountains. Two golf courses on location and multiple swimming pools including small quite pools located conveniently throughout the resort. Outdoor grilling facilities available. A great location to get away and enjoy sunshine and outdoor activities.

We love Marriott's Desert Springs Villas! The seven pools are great, and there's a kids club and teen lounge so with activities to help keep the kids busy. My kids loved playing ping pong, and the over-sized outdoor chess board. There's even a climbing wall, movie theater, and video games. My kids never wanted to leave the resort!

Spacious lock-out and main villa in one rental unit. The space is not cramped here, nor is there limited activity. On the Marriott Desert Springs Golf course and easy walking distance ( or free shuittle ) to the 800 room hotel with even more amenities. The Villas are very well maintained; complete with full kitchen and designated dining area. A great space for relaxing, tennis, and exploring the Coachella Valley. October/November is entering the high season for the valley so the weather is typically great.

Best Marriott Vacation Club Resort we have visited. Great location. Resort is very well maintained. Adjoins the JW Marriott Desert Springs Hotel offering added amenities and restaurants.

Breathtaking and relaxing surroundings. Perfect for couples or family. Tennis and pickleball courts on property. Multiple pools on property, the largest of which offers great food to enjoy. 36 holes of golf. Terrific spa. Resort is the total package.

Very spacious rooms with all the amenities. Beautiful landscaping and view of the golf course and lakes. Adjacent to the 5* JW Marriott hotel and resort. We love this resort. Peace on earth.

Love this resort . Just not healthy enough to travel long distances any more for health reasons. We are not happy about selling it but it was great while we had it.

Location near many activities. Winter temps mild and comfortable. Several golf courses and great restaurants on premises or nearby. Adjacent to JW Marriott.

Water aerobics in the morning, listen to music by the pool in the afternoon, play pickleball, hike in the canyons, restaurants galore, 2 golf courses, fabulous spa, convenient to the airport and I-10. Easy access to Indian Wells Tennis tournaments, Coachella Valley music festivals and Stagecoach Festival @ Empire Polo Club (less than 30 minutes)
