The Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, NYC, is located very conveniently near Times Square and features comfortable, well appointed rooms and a friendly staff. There are often free or low cost walking tours available from the lobby. And there is a roof top lounge with great city views!

Location Location Location Marriott 1/2 block from Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade route - what a great place to spend the holiday!

Walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park (so fun at Christmas), Empire State Building, Rock Center Christmas tree, Penn Station. Views from rooftop bar are amazing!

Wonderful location! Walking distance to theatre district, shops, museums. Macy’s and Madison Square Garden are each less than a 5-minute walk. Clean, comfortable rooms - a little small - and a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff.

We were there for Halloween week (2021), and had the Empire State Building View on the 20th floor. There are sliding doors to a small balcony and the view of the skyline was outstanding. The King size bed is very comfortable, the sleep sofa is at the far end of the room. This room could accommodate four people. There is a glass covered lounge on the top floor that is quiet and open 24 hours a day. On nice days, the glass is rolled back so it is open air. On Thur, Fri and Sat night, it's a bar/lounge with occasional live music. The nighttime view of the Empire State Building from both the room and this 21st floor club is outstanding. There is courtesy coffee and muffins/danish in the morning. The staff is always ready to serve and the concierge was able to get us tickets for one of the Broadway shows we went to see. Located right near Macy's Herald Square, the shopping is fantastic. Overall, this is a very well located, very professionally run hotel that is perfect for a Manhattan visit.

Great location near the Empire State Building. Walk on take the subway to almost anywhere. Top floor Bar is fabulous.

I stayed at the Marriott Vacation Club in New York City in April 2025 and had an excellent experience. The property is exceptionally well located, with close proximity to Fifth Avenue, which made both shopping and dining extremely convenient. Being able to walk to a wide range of high-end stores, restaurants, and major attractions significantly enhanced the overall stay. The central location, combined with the comfort and quality expected from Marriott Vacation Club, made this a truly enjoyable and memorable visit.

Perfect location that is convenient to everything in midtown and walkable to most places, including Penn Station. There's a beautiful rooftop view of the Empire State Building.

Perfect location to see the parade. Close to Macy’s for window gazing at Christmas decorations and shopping.
