I have owned #3001 at PB Rose since construction. #3001 was the "sales model" during construction and has the most ideal location at Pueblo Bonito Rose. #3001 is only 3 minutes down or back up from the beach or the pool. The 40 foot balcony is unmatched on Medrano Beach for unbelievable relaxing or partying in with a 2nd balcony overlooking the pool. U R walking distance to "everything" on the beach including restaurants and "watering holes" and shuttle service is available to travel to town at the front of Rose.

We have owned at the Rose since 2001 and have had amazing vacations for the past 22 years. The service is outstanding and most of the staff have been there since the beginning. They take pride in their place of work as well as the food and the service that they provide. We have gone with AI (includes wifi) and have gone without AI... both are very good. Both the Rose and Blanco have great restaurants. The beach, marina and town have lots of lovely restaurants and bars to try out so you cannot go wrong whichever way you decide to go. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to town, the marina or to any of the restaurants and bars along Medano Beach. There is a City Club (USD2.25 per day membership) a couple of blocks away where you can stock up on food and you can easily walk to the marina in the morning and get fresh caught fish (Dorado, Marlin) and cook it in your room for dinner. The deli provides clean and delicious salads and a potato to bake to round out your own dinner. Lots of other choices are available too. The rooms are comfortable and you can get any kind of pillow you want - Also we get them to remove the feather mattress as it is too soft for us... but keep it if you like a soft and cuddly bed. There is a fully equipped gym and sauna available to you. We have had health issues twice in Cabo. Once I passed a kidney stone - not nice! The hotel arranged doctors, ambulances and the hospital and boy was I ever well taken care of. It is not a US or CDN type of hospital but the care was professional and effective! Bottom line - when we go to Rose, all of our needs are taken care of and we feel very safe and comfortable.

Love this place! Took my 3 older kids 5 years ago, now we own two units and my daughter picked up and moved to CABO!! Incredible opportunity to do SOOOOOO many fun ocean/outdoor/adventure or just plain relax and eat and drink like a king. Party like an animal or sleep like a slug, CABO offers it all.

Rose's location is on, in my opinion, the best beach (Medano) in the Cabos. The resort: is only a short walk to town; has an excellent gym/spa; has all-inclusive available, but not required. And you get access to the world class Quivera Golf Club.

The suite is waterfront - the best location in the resort. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. located on a safe swimming beach. Many great nearby restaurants and many more within walking distance of downtown.

This is a fantastic resort! Save money and walk to Walmart and bring groceries back to the room. Great location.

Beautiful resort with a GREAT location on Medano Beach! Cabo San Lucas's most famous and swimmable beach, known for its lively atmosphere, clear waters, and views of Land's End, offering activities from swimming and watersports (jet skis, kayaks) to beachfront dining (The Office, Mango Deck) and boat tours, with lively areas near the marina and quieter spots further down, accessible by walking from downtown.

We love the location right on Medano Beach. You can swim here and walk the sand to the Marina. we walk into town and enjoy local restaurants, fish for mahi mahi. Love this beach resort in Cabo San Lucas.

What a great place to go and relax. Beautiful views and beautiful beaches. The night life and restaurants are great as well.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT!!! Located on the beach, amazing pools and the staff are super great. It’s within walking distance of town, the marina, shopping and restaurants if you decide you want to try the local fare. The resort has great food though without leaving the property. A fabulous vacation.
