Kings Creek Plantation is an awesome resort. Lots of activities to do. Close to Busch gardens, all the historical places to visit right around the corner. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had such a relaxing and fun stay at The Townes at King’s Creek Plantation! The townhome was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed—from a full kitchen to a cozy sunroom perfect for morning coffee. The resort amenities were a huge plus, especially the pools and mini-golf. It’s in a perfect location—just minutes from Busch Gardens, great golf courses, and some amazing wineries like Williamsburg Winery, Saudé Creek, and New Kent. Can’t wait to come back!

Resort is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING in the Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and DC area. 3BR Cottage is large enough to accommodate up to 10 guests. Well kept and clean. The staff are very professional and welcoming.

This is a terrific opportunity to enjoy Thanksgiving at Colonial Williamsburg. They will have many events to celebrate this holiday season. Our 4 bedroom Estates can handle a large crowd and is also near bush gardens for the kid in you.

Completely loved the team and the amenities. loved walking the grounds, the steam room and the sauna room always clean. Shopping, restaurants it has it all. The front desk service was very friendly and they make sure you have everything you need to have a great time.

Enjoy all that Williamsburg has to offer while staying in the only resort located in the historic triangle. Entertainment nearby includes Water Country and Busch Gardens...enjoy reduced rates at nearby golf courses arranged through your resort concierge...grocery store and shopping nearby...I have stayed at King's Creek many times and always look forward to the next time.

Our first stay at The Towns at King's Creek was absolutely awesome! Units are spacious and well appointed, beds were very comfortable and the grounds were super nice!! It's super close to all the fantastic sights around . We look forward to another stay.

Recently spent a week with my extended family at The Townes at Kings Creek Plantation. Facility was clean and comfortable. Location is great, next to the water park and close to Busch Gardens and the restored area. Several well located pools on the grounds including a large indoor pool. The grandchildren had a great time. I would recommend selecting a second floor condo since the sound of people walking upstairs can be heard in the lower condos.

Super Place. Can't beat the close proximity to all parks and historic sites. Just like being at home when you get back from a long day in the parks. Toss a couple burgers on the barbique and a couple cold ones in the fridge. Great place for a family vacation.

Love the place, not a 'full service' resort, but a place to call 'home' for a week or two any time of the year! Great location, good private space and everything has been in working order.

Great location. Near Waterworld, Bush Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg Winery, etc.

Townes units are very nice. Master bedroom & bath, 2nd bedroom & bath, kitchen with everything, washer & dryer, dining room/ living room area, plus TV room with sofa sleeper. TVs in TV room, living room, and both bedrooms. Bose Wave Radio is an added plus in all Townes units.

Outside pool areas are both very nice as is indoor pool.

We have stayed here numerous times in spring and fall.

We stayed last summer. Our greatest challenge was deciding on which pool to go to. The grandkids (ages 2 -12) loved The Townes pool and the indoor aquatic center. They had games to rent. We slept 8 very comfortably. We had great shopping opportunities. We were going to Water Country but had so much to do at the resort we didn't go. Fabulous accomodations, clean & close to everything. We even had a little history lesson in the package. Totally recommend

This place is awesome. The setting in the wooded area makes it especially nice. The new aquatic center with the huge pool, sauna and steam rooms and a really nice workout area offers so much more than what you see at most resorts. It's so nice to have a beautiful place to come home to at the end of the day - especially when you're exausted from all the activities. This resort is smack in the middle of everything! Water Country, Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg! I would go again in a heartbeat!

Not a bad townhouse condo. I would not call it a resort by any means but it is an OK place to stay. Staff and service are mediocre. The area offers lots to see and do.
