Just the most perfect vacation spot. Area is full of great restaurants and entertainment - and the Marco Island Beach is just so beautiful and relaxing. As for the resort it provided us with everything needed for a fun filled week's vacation.

Wonderfully quiet resort. Only two stories high. Last of the only “low rise” condos available. Located right on the sugar white sandy beach. Many of the visitors who stay here often end up trying to acquire a week for themselves.

Great amenities on one of the best beaches in America. Because the Hilton Grand Vacation resort has a lower density of units, the beach is not crowded! Love this resort!

Have been coming here for over 30 years as a kids and now as an adult with my kids. Perfect location, all the amenities you need without the crowds and overpricing. On the beach, great pool and jacuzzi, good family fun. And for when you want more crowds or luxuries, its right next to the famous JW Marriott. Would recommend to anyone coming to Marco Island to stay here.

It's been a while since this resort has had a review. Let's bring it into this decade!

My wife and I (56) stayed week of January 23-30, 2016. We loved it! First time at Marco and we looked at all the other resorts while there and we would come back here before any of them. That will always depend on what you're looking for in a resort vacation. We stayed in E107. The E building is on the ocean front. It is has two levels, 16 units total. On the first floor you have more vegetation but can see the beach and Gulf sunsets just fine from the patio. Only access is stairs, even for 1st level (8 steps I think, there are 3 steps in unit to get to bed/baths) Unit was perfectly clean and comfortable. For just two of us, room to spread out a little a plus. Furniture a little outdated, but typical Florida decor. (hate glass tables though) Fixtures all new/newer and worked perfectly. Being the 1st level, you hear upstairs moving... not walking, but patio furniture on concrete floor scuffling. Side to Side noise very minimal, but if your patio doors are open and neighbors are on their patio, you hear it. (like everywhere else) Every unit has own covered parking space on ground floor.

Staff/Service: Saw them twice. Checking in and checking out. Towel exchange on Wednesday. Very nice as expected.

Grounds are clean and pretty. Used pool once, clean and large enough. There were very few children here. No fitness area, which is a negative for me. There are tennis courts, but never used and never saw them used by anyone else.

Area: Marco Island, first time here. Liked it better than Ft. Myers. This location is right in the middle of two beach places for food/beverages, Stilts and Quinns. Walking distance to other places off beach, closest being Stonewalls, which had great pizza. Grocery/pharmacy/shopping is a 10-15 minute drive away.

Amenities: We came here for the beach. Top Priority. Beach cabanas, umbrellas, chaise lounge are for rent by day/week ($26/day). Not affiliated with resort and what you expect. The beach itself is shelly... beach shoes are a good thing.

Overall: We will come back here. We are not owners, we just go to Florida one week per year to get away from snow for a relaxing, low key beach vacation. Found it.

We love this place. We bought a pool view unit, and don't miss the ocean view at all--we sit on the huge screened lanai, overlooking the gardens, and sip a cool drink. Units are spacious, and covered parking is a major plus. The Club is owned by Hilton, so the points can be used to exhange for Hilton resorts everywhere, including Sanibel and Captiva which are otherwise impossible to exchange to. So far we've been happy to go to Club Regency every year. Yes, the Club is on the beach side of a 5-star resort--but they don't have the immediate access to the beach, and their restaurant is a budget smasher. Try other places unless you are loaded!

Incidentally we own MANY weeks of timeshare, and are selling/renting quite a few this year, but Club Regency is on the Keeper list. We have discovered that the high-rise places with long lists of amenities are a lot less friendly, and we like to meet other guests and go out to eat, or work a jigsaw puzzle, or whatever with them. At Club Regency we meet people who become Friends.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens, tennis courts, pool and a very long white sand beach. There are wildlife refuges within easy driving and the everglades are not too far away. If you are looking for lots of organized activities you will not be happy here. If you want a beautiful place to relax, enjoy shelling and long walks on the beach, you will love it! We would be very happy to return.

We stayed a week in March 2007 and really enjoyed it. We've stayed several other places on Marco...the pros to this property are the location and easy access to your car, the pool and beach since it is a small property. Also, you can use the clubhouse in the evenings. The office staff were very friendly. They had some games and movies for kids and free lunch in the clubhouse with prizes one day. The beach sand is softer and has less shells than the sand at the south end of the island. The cons are that furbishings in the units are a bit outdated and we had some ants so had to get the condo sprayed. There is no fitness room or baby pool. However, we would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing. Restaurant suggestions: Quinns, Biminis, restaurant at the Appollo condo.

Club Regency is, I believe, the only low rise resort on the beach at Marco. Located towards the south end, two doors south of The Eagles Nest. Three buildings, all two story with one building facing beach. Other two face pool. Only about 40 units total, so you never have crowds. Great pool, clubhouse, gas grills, whirlpool, indoor parking for one car. Very well maintained. Deeded annual use. Beach front units have nice view, but it's not a high rise view. Difference? You don't spend any time in an elevator or a hallway!! Hilton Management.

Don't stay at the Charter Club then stay here, Don't be misled into believing they are similar because they are owned by the same people. This place is tucked behind a 5 star resort. You will never find it unless you have your glasses on and drive real slow. If you miss the little sign in front of the nice reort you will miss it! Then you will be shooked at where you have commited your family for a week! The pool was nice. Just so different than the Charter Club. This place has NO View of anything!
