Large home. Newly decorated with new furniture, drapes and floors. Great location- can walk to beachside restaurants. I eat breakfast on a poolside table just outside my door. It is a great way to start the day. Ocean beach is just across the street. I fish from the shore at the inlet, fishing pier and inter-costal waterway all walking distance. My children and grandchildren can not wait to go back.

This resort is one of the best kept secrets in Timeshare. Twenty-four units on Ocean Blvd. (A1A) in South Boca Raton in an area of multi-million dollar homes & condos. We stayed in the 3/3 unit which has two bedrooms up with a large master bedroom suite, each bedroom with its own bathroom, beautiful kitchen fully equipped with appliances including laundry, large living room, beautiful formal dining room. All units have recently been remodeled throughout including furniture, new carpeting, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, new kitchen cabinets. The management and staff were not only professional but treated us like we were part of the family; daily towel and linen services were excellent; beautiful pool and also walk across the street to a magnificent , wide and uncrowded beach. Terrific area close to all interests re: recreational, cultural, restaurants & great shopping. The size of the units(2,500+ sg. ft.) is absolutely amazing! The entire townhouse is built around a private, interior courtyard which floods sunlight into both the first & second floors through floor to ceiling windows. It is definitely a Gold Crown resort. We now own three weeks, winter holidays, Easter time & one during the summer months. Great location. quality resort & terrific climate! View location on Google Earth, 2301 S. Love that we have two floors- Primary bedroom is upper level with ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage and overlooks the pool area- The lower level bedroom has it's on ensuite bathroom. There's a spacious private center garden- fully enclosed off the dining room. Sliders open to the pool area and the ocean is a short distance just across the roadway. Fully stocked kitchen, amazing patio, parking is a few steps away- far enough to not hear- yet close enough for loading and unloading. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Unit was clean and we cooked each day of our stay.

Absolutely love this place. The pool is heated in the spring when the days are warm, but the nights are cool. Public areas are always kept neat and tidy. Wonderful barbecue area. Shares beach access with the multimillion dollar condo across the street. Chairs, umbrellas and towels readily available inside the units. There is an atrium inside each unit. Perfect for breakfast or to rinse off and you have a patio on the ground floor and a balcony off each master bedroom.

Just got back and can honestly say that I want to buy a week there ASAP. The units are huge!!! 2600 sqft. My kids played hide-n- seek within the unit if that's a good indicator of how big it is. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. The pool was awesome and very clean. I really enjoyed the quiet evenings and linen service. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This incredibly large unit, is one of Boca Raton's finest properties. It is a small, quiet complex, with activities, freebies, and everything you need a few minutes away. This location can't be beat!! Everything is clean, updated, daily towel change, daily garbage pick up, clean sheets upon request at no chg, helpful on site manager, free videos, free lunches, breakfasts, activities. Adults and kids will enjoy this resort.
